I have been going to this place recently. I ordered, 3 chicken wings with fries, 4 chicken wings with pork fried rice, and two egg rolls, plus I tipped. When I got home I saw one of the French fries with chicken wings had (2) chicken wings and one of the rice and chicken wings had (3). When I called the woman was charging me $5.19 for the missing pieces and claimed I only said (2) chicken wings…. Rude customer service and a robbery for your money. I always eat here the rice is always so fresh you can tell that it was cooked the same day. And it's usually pretty clean they don't speak no English but they know what's on the menu which is pretty much the norm

Ordered some sweet and sour chicken the other day, the chicken was soft, soggy with barely any flavor it was terrible. How you guys have the NERVES to give me this amount of boneless spare ribs and on top of that, when I call the guy he say that they only serve “little boneless spare ribs only”. The chicken did not taste like chicken at all. It looked and tasted raw, disgusting and horrific, like nothing I’ve ever ordered before. I called back and got laughed at and banged on with out giving a single attitude. Don’t do it.

Does the food come out the servers paycheck ? This store used to be a good portion but now they are very stingy and give small portions. I ordered broccoli and a big piece of broccoli was in their servers spoon. She put it back. Why? What went on in her head to think "I will replace the big piece with a smaller piece"? This place used to be good, and it's crazy they're constantly raising prices.

Fried foods such as egg rolls, fried wontons and chicken wings were oily and soggy. Fried rice was a bit dry and tasted at least several hours old. Hot and sour soup was more like sweet and sour soup. Orange chicken had mostly inedible hard pieces of chicken. The beef with broccoli in brown sauce had a thick sweet sauce - refused to eat more than one piece of it. I’d stay away from here in general even though the prices are pretty good.

It's quite a busy place, but they serve great dumplings and noodles! The food was delicious, but service unfortunately fell short. It felt quite busy when I went, and unfortunately, the service reflected that. If they can improve the attentiveness of the staff, it would greatly enhance the dining experience.

This is a lovely little gem in the neighborhood! The skewers were GREAT, wonderfully seasoned and grilled to perfection. This food is good but the service is horrible. The people that work there will always ignore calls during night hours, and would have an attitude during early hours, despite being open. Sometimes they would even lie and say they don’t deliver to a certain location despite doing it previously due to laziness. Don’t order from here if you are relying on good service.

Food was pretty good. The experience is really similar to experiences in China. However, it is not cheap in my opinion as everything in the picture costed around $100 including tip. The area is a bit small with like only 4-5 tables and the tables are really only suitable for 4 people to eat at. Very good yellow rice that serves as a base for many meals. The quality of the rice is often overlooked but this restaurant has a very nice blend, not too greasy, not too dry. The meat has been consistently fresh and the prices are lower than most places while maintaining the quality of the food. Taking back my positive review, but recently I ordered from them through doordash and I kid you not the food wasnt cooked properly and shrimp and fish were definitely rotted. Because when I woke up this morning around 12 am, I was met with extreme vomit until 5 am and from that point on diarrhea. I dont know what you did to the food this time, but it gave me a stomach virus. Ruined my taste for chinese food. The food used to be fresh not burnt tasting and flavorful and the chicken was decent sized now the the chicken is more bone than meat and the rice tastes burnt and then the shrimp roll is full of layers with no taste and two shrimps and not even freshly made or heated up.

Look, to run a Chinese Restaurant in NYC requires only two conditions: fresh and tasty food. I ordered a large portion of chicken broccoli. The gravy and broccoli were fine - just like I had hoped. The chicken…….. already so past its expiration time it spoiled my entire evening. Sooooooo disappointing. If the food is not fresh, there is no need to stay in business.

I only tried the Taiwanese beef noodles. Not authentic and simply not good. The noodles (wrong kind and overcooked) are bland, the beef too heavy on the cumin, and the soup wasn’t even dark brown - clearly not a beef broth. The boiled egg was good but also inauthentic (this is not ramen!) and I liked the veggies. An extra star for quick and kind service. Maybe I should have stuck to baos?

We were walking down First Ave one day and decided to pickup a couple of dishes to take home for a late lunch. It is a narrow restaurant with a few tables in the front. There are two self check-in computers on the right but we ordered directly from the staff lady. We ordered off the special lunch menu. Will order again for take out.
