Nastiest restaurant and staff I’ve ever encountered. The woman in the hijab gaslit me after I made a point about the uncleanliness of the bathroom, and then to make matters worse, when the order was ready after having washed my hands- it was wrong and my request for a refund was rejected by the owner who had to be called. I was aghast at the woman’s denial of the bathroom, especially since all she was doing was chatting with her friend behind the counter.

Great and tasty Salvadorian/Mexican food. Very generous portions of food for the price. We ordered through Seamless and food took around 45 minutes to be delivered but it was definitely worth it. Saved the restaurant as a favorite. Thank you El Espino!

It’s a mouthful to say the place’s name, but more than a mouthful of a sandwich. I had the Cuban Tortas—which, I’m pretty picky about my Cubans, and was perfectly pleased. Amazing breaded beef—also had hot dog sausage. The salsa was very unique. Pickled jalapeños were a great touch. And it was pressed to perfection. Very friendly service. Simple, pleasing atmosphere. Just $13 for the sandwich, and there was so much, I ate it for lunch AND dinner. Definitely coming back on my next foray down

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Glad to know I’ve come back and the food is still great. Chilaquiles were incredibly crispy and delicious salsa. Topped with enough avocado and queso fresco. Tacos have freshly made tortillas. They come with a nopal asado and cebollines. Thank you!

This place!! I've been here twice for dinner and the tacos are amazing. The fried fish is one of the best I've ever had! The salsa and chips are great as well. They have giant TVs, so it's a great place to watch a game while you munch. Bonus points for super friendly staff!

People come into a small store like this and expect to be given a Michelin Star caliber meal, relax. Owners are not Mexican so authenticity is not there, but nonetheless, the food was delicious, it was filling, and customer service was great. Price for quantity of food was a bit off for me.

Fresh tasting soft tacos served promptly. The difference was the flat toasted tortillas gave a nice crunch to a steak taco and a vegetable taco. These weren't roasted vegetables but the kind you find in stir fry or bean curd soup. Struck me as a good alternative to something more predictable. There's no indoor seating. Would gladly return when in the area with somewhere nearby to sit down like Paerdegat Park.

What a sandwich! Probably *the* most flavorfully complex sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Got the Cuban torta with “everything on it”. The owner did not disappoint. I went into this location during my lunch to order some food. This worker was absolutely disrespectful!!!!! She refused to make my order because she was “busy” and when I asked to speak with management she refused. She mocked me, made racial slurs and remarks in Spanish thinking I couldnt understand her!!!! Never go to this location unless you want to be treated like trash

I was very disappointed with my order from this location. My bowl contained an excessive amount of lettuce and very little rice, chicken, and other ingredients. After removing the lettuce, it became clear that a large portion of the bowl was lettuce rather than the ingredients I paid for. I live in Manhattan, but was in Sunnyside to get my car repaired (at Sunnyside Auto Repair on 37th St., also great) and came here to eat. I was welcomed by a pleasant waitress, the bathroom was spotless, the prices were great. I got chilaquiles and they were superb. Great place.

I feel so sorry for the chefs and the owner. I ordered from Grubhub and went to pick it up. The cashier who handed me the bag of food was not nice. It seemed like she couldn’t handle a deaf customer and never smiled. I love their foods, but I don’t feel good about picking it up. (T_T)

Every weekend I go with my family, and we've all loved the food, the friendliness, and the service. They know what it means to cook with love, with that homemade flavor. A hole in the wall restaurant for those that are brave and love sketchy places. The most disappointing thing was that the food I ordered was mediocre. Delivery via GrubHub- Ordered the Steak Torta, Arabic Tacos, and Chicken Quesadilla. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The salas had the perfect amount of heat and smokiness. The guac was creamy with a nice little heat on the backend. First time ordering, and I will definitely be ordering again. Foods so good I went 2 days back to back, delicious , fresh ingredients, hot and flavorful. Very yummy! Just wish servers knew more English. Taco Birria was $18 for 3 bit expensive for lunch and too much food maybe have 2 taco option lunch special, bill was $30 water, can soda, small side of guac $5 and 3 tacos. Ate at Chipotle and ended up feeling extremely sick afterward. Within hours I had intense stomach pain, bloating, nausea, and vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else that could explain it. Whatever I was served did not sit right at all. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what you expect after paying for a meal. I won’t be returning.

4.7 After a long day at work, and chilling day, I decided to try the birria pizza from MOHO, and it was the best decision I made! It was ready in like 5 minutes! I took it home… and it was everything what a hungry person wanted to have! A lot ot meat and cheese! Warm! My go to birria spot!! Found it here at 36th ave near my school. A family run restaurant with a variety of authentic Mexican foods that are fairly cheap compared to other spots. The atmosphere is subtle and comforting; cleanliness is not bad— but also not perfect. The service is very nice and the food is always made fresh. A nice hidden-in-the-wall type of spot.

This is a Chinese-owned Mexican place. I would say its probably a "no frills" type joint. I usually order the chicken fajitas from here and they are a decent price and pretty average. Service usually takes less than 10 minutes and parking is a bit tough but reasonable.

Been here a few times and had tried different dishes. Today I ordered value meal A. The double shell chicken taco taste fresh. The shells are freshly made. The lettuce is fresh.
