Minimalist, pint-sized BYOB eatery serving up Thai classics for takeout or dining in.
The soft shell crab dishes are incredible!! We ordered soft shell crab mango salad, soft shell crab curry, and the mock suck fried rice. Our fav hands down was the mango salad, so refreshing. Each plate comes with jasmine rice. Such a cute family dinner night. Total was $85 for 3 people

It's not my first time coming here but every time I do it has been very consistent in all the categories. The food is amazing - if this is your first time trying Malaysian food, you've picked a great spot. I believe all the options are approachable to a new audience. I highly recommend the string beans malaysian style. It comes with a good amount of shrimp, it's savory and a bit spicy. There's also great tofu options if you can't have meat. Service was great, staff was welcoming accommodating to

Down-to-earth restaurant with classic decor serving Thai curries, noodle soups, duck, and more.
Delicious! I was surprised at how tasty and refreshing the Thai veggie salad was. I could’ve eaten more. The pad Thai was delicious, I wanted even more but actually the portion size was perfect, not too little and not too much. Speaking of portions, I thought it was really reasonably and fairly priced, especially during the lunch hour / happy hour. Also our waiter was really funny. Only thing I’d mention, the front step is really steep and easy to trip over so watch for that.

Food was really good, especially the mango sticky rice. We got the beef pad see ew and beef pineapple fried rice. I normally get duck pad see ew but for $7 less I went with beef. The fried rice was delicious and definitely the better of the two, but only by a bit. Very conveniently located to the system island ferry, maybe a 5 minute walk through the outlets. Highly recommend

Just have a lunch at Boran Thai today. The food was delicious, Yum Woon Yen was very refreshing a little spicy and sour, Pumpkin curry was creamy and hit with a pumpkin test getting along well with fall season. If you like spicy I really recommend a Kua Kling Moo !!

Classic recipes from all 4 regions of Thailand in a snug eatery featuring a leafy backyard patio.
My best friend chose this place and it was a slam dunk :) Highly recommend the khao soi gai - the chicken was so tender. I loved the coconut milk / curry and egg noodles. It was filling and delicious. The tumeric branzini was also incredible! A whole fish that has a slight crisp / crunch. Yummm. Don’t eat the dried spicy pepper like I did (it’s verrryy spicy Thai chili and I had to chug tons of ice water after). I found this hidden gem of Thai cuisine in downtown New York! 🇹🇭 🔥 Tom Yum Soup The balance of sour and spicy is just right, with a strong aroma of spices. The prawns and mushrooms are soaked in the rich broth, and the rice noodles are very appetizing. I directly drank three bowls! 🍛 Chicken in curry sauce The combination of coconut and spices is amazing! The chicken is stewed until it's soft and tender, and the broth is so good that I could finish a whole piece of cake! 🥗 Green papaya sala

We found the restaurant on Google search. It was 100 meters from our hotel and the 4.5 rating made us go there. The restaurant is very small and authentic, reminiscent of Thailand and every dish we ordered was a blust. We ordered Tom Kha soup which was amazing, Chicken Curry Puff which was soft and delicious, fried rice with chicken and pineapple and an amazing red curry dish. The place has relaxing and quiet music playing and the owner is amazing and inviting. The best Thai restaurant I've eate

Stopped by Savory Thai right after voting, and we are so glad we did! This local spot is fantastic. The service was friendly and great, the prices are excellent, and the portions are huge. Most importantly, the food is incredibly good and truly authentic Thai. The Drunken Noodle had the perfect amount of spiciness, and the calamari was super crispy and wonderfully fresh. Everything we ordered was excellent. Don't forget to wash it all down with a delicious Thai Iced Tea! Highly recommend giving

A small, cozy, authentic Thai restaurant. We came here for an early dinner (around 5:00pm) and were able to get a table right away. I’m glad ate early because all the tables around us were reserved as we were leaving at 6:15pm. The service was friendly and fast. For appetizers, we ordered the Khanom Jeep (fried chicken and shrimp dumplings) and the Tom Kha soup. Both were delicious and since it was cold outside, we definitely appreciated that the soup was hot when it arrived at the table. For d

A brightly painted but tiny space is the setting for familiar Thai dishes.
Had an outstanding experience at Little Thai Kitchen while visiting New York City. The Branzino was incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The chili sauce absolutely stole the show — rich, vibrant, and unforgettable. You can truly taste the care and authenticity in every dish. Warm atmosphere, excellent service, and food that keeps you thinking about it long after you leave. Definitely a five-star dining experience and a place I look forward to visiting again!

Mao Mao is much more than a Thai restaurant—it’s a complete experience. From the moment you walk in, the vintage Thai cinema-inspired space sets the tone. The atmosphere is lively, fun, and full of personality without feeling gimmicky. It feels like you’ve been transported somewhere far beyond Brooklyn. The food is equally impressive. The menu goes beyond the usual Thai restaurant staples and offers dishes that feel thoughtful, regional, and packed with flavor. Every plate we tried was vibrant

Words can’t express how amazing the food was here. Take a look at the photos I’ve added and just imagine how great it was. The Chicken Satay was juicy and the peanut sauce paired perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly and had so much flavor. Nothing was overcooked nor undercooked. The food was extra savory and had that strong umami experience. 10/10

I used to come here very often 4–5 years ago. Their raw shrimp and steamed fish were some of my favorite dishes, so I was excited to come back after such a long time. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The Thai milk tea and papaya salad were okay—nothing special, but acceptable. The biggest disappointment was the steamed fish with lime. ★★★★★ 5/5 One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The soup had a bold, comforting flavor and tasted like it was slowly cooked with real care. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the crispy pork dish was the highlight for me — crunchy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The rice balanced everything out really well, and the portions were just right. You can tell the ingredients were fresh, and the presentation looked beautiful too. Best Thai restaurant ever! Stumbled upon it on a visit to NYC/ Williamsburg. I’ve been wanting to try a restaurant in New York that serves authentic Isan/Northern Thai food, and we found this spot in Queens. It’s not in Manhattan, but I’m telling you — it’s worth the trip. It’s located right next to Little Thailand and easy to find with Google Maps. One downside is that the space is very small. Great chicken and rice! Got the fried chicken and the grilled chicken. The zab sauce is what makes it - without it the chicken by itself is good but not standout, but with it it’s just a flavor bomb. Delicious and unique Thai food. We came for lunch and since it was a Saturday, we got to try the brunch menu. We had the veggie dumplings, mushroom noodles, crispy eggplant with tempeh, and pad thai. Everything was extremely flavorful.
