Really enjoyed this place. The decor, the florals and honestly even the furniture. The outdoor space is cozy too. They put real thought in to the authenticity of this restaurant. The food was great. Reminded me of my homeland food. The chai was very good! Haven’t had one like that before. I wouldn’t consider myself a chai person. But I’d get another. FRESH bowls. If you love a good, fresh poke bowl, you’ll love it here. The spicy bowls have an actually spicy kick to it. Customer service is 10/10. Bathroom wasn’t working but no sign posted saying that so that was a bummer. Otherwise, very clean establishment and a good amount of seats / space to eat inside.

Alvo’s pizza is delicious. Came across this place recently outta nowhere while walking in the neighborhood; saw a few people carrying the blue pizza box or eating a slice. Ordered a cheese slice and a buffalo chicken slice. They tasted amazing! The crust is crispy, sauce was good too. This place is going to be a super hit in some months. Will be back here every now and then!

TLDR; Original Brooklyn style Chinese takeout with a little flair. The vibe in here is great, maybe a little too many things hanging from the ceiling, but otherwise the design and decor was nailed. For the order we got two drinks, which were really good- interesting flavors with Lyle pops of spice and flavor. The good here was cooked extremely well….. BUT!! The good dishes we tried: - egg roll was stellar - cold noodles were good but the noodles are pasta🤨 - shrimp and broccoli are great -
