Was looking for a classic NY slice and Hank’s delivered. All the classic options were available and well stocked. They were heated up fast and crispy crust. There’s some standing room inside, seating upstairs, or plenty of seating in the park across the street in the tree’s shade. Would recommend!

Recreation Bar is an absolutely amazing place! My friends and I always have a ton of fun there! Shout-out to Josh who is an awesome bartender! This is a lovely quiet cafe. The atmosphere is calm and seconds away from the WTC observatory. We had a coffee here one day and loved it so much we went back out of our way to get more before we left NYC. The staff remembered us too and they were so lovely and chatty. Best drink for me was Yuzu and Elderflower. If you like strong coffee, add this to the drink. My friends LOVED it. Unfortunately not much space to sit down and no toilets y less you go to Pret next door.

Blue Park is my go-to for lunch. The food is tasty. There are enough options without being overwhelming. And it’s easy to get in and out quickly when I’m running between meetings. I described what I eat from Blue Park to a nutritionist, and they had no notes. Also, the people are great. As some places move to using robots, I appreciate the Blue Park crew even more!

The seating situation is a bit weird but everything else was great! My friends and I loved the drink selection and the more creative aspect to the bar with the convenience store in the front. We picked out a ton of snacks and they plated it and brought it to us. We all really like my chilled espresso drink (which I recommend like a lot!!!!!!) and the black cherry drink wasn’t my favorite but I think if you like mezcal, definitely give it a chance.

MCM Coffee is a small but very charming coffee shop in NYC. The coffee is served hot, flavorful, and consistently good. They also offer delicious homemade-style cookies that taste fresh and absolutely delicious. Too small for seating. It’s definitely worth a visit.
