I would give grace because it is Ramadan and I understand the staff are fasting but this has been a consistent issue from the leadership team at this location since they have opened. I really enjoy their food every time I get it and it’s close to my house. Even the soup (bouillon) was really good. The pikliz was fresh and tasty. And everything was fried to perfection. Definitely recommend this spot. 🇭🇹

I ordered 5 classic chicken sandwiches, but they gave me 5 spicy chicken sandwiches instead, and for some reason one was marked fish . The chicken also feels old and cold, it only took me 10 minutes to walk home there is no reason why it is so cold in only 10 minutes, the chicken was also soggy, not crispy, and it was very oily as if it wasn’t freshly fried, I wanted to refund it but my family member already took a bite so I didn’t. which is probably why the meat was cold, soggy, and looked old，

I haven’t been in a while, but I must say the lobster was amazing! The wings and macaroni and cheese were also really good, and the margarita was definitely a plus.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my child today! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. After finding out that my child is a student at Brooklyn College, they were generous enough to give us a complimentary side of fries—such a thoughtful gesture! I also noticed they are currently running a student lunch special, which is a fantastic deal. We went to buy shoes at King's mall in Brooklyn, only eating halal I felt restricted , so I searched google maps and was happy to discover this place. I ordered the Briyani rice and chicken dish, the flavour reminded me of my mum cooking, so delicious 😋 we also had the tikka pita chicken wrap , the sauces add the extra flavour. While the restaurant is not big and it feels abit old, stepping in you know you going to enjoy a flavourful meal at a reasonable price. Good food served quickly.

I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour after they claimed to be open, I was then told they had not even started preparing the food yet. I adjusted and told them I would arrive at 12:30, which I did. When I got there, the door was locked. I called and was told to wait another 10

I absolutely love this restaurant. They always greet me and my family every time I come in or call them. The delivery guys are friendly and kind. Over all I will say that they must be very family oriented, because they really are respectful and kind to me. Thank you New Hot Wok for always making my family a great meal, and for always being kind to us.

Food is decent. The wings are the best to me personally. The steam vegs are good as well. They don’t play with their money. If you are short even $.05 NO FOOD FOR YOU!!!! Other than the money part I don’t see any problem with them. Also if you park in McDonald’s parking lot keep on eye on tow trucks. I suggest ordering on the phone park real quick then go pick the food up and then GET OUT OF THERE!

Great spot for an all-you-can-eat seafood feast! The $38.99 AYCE is such a good deal for Brooklyn. I tried the Cajun, garlic butter, and their special house sauce — all delicious, but the house sauce really stood out with its rich blend of spices. The seafood was fresh and well-cleaned, and I even ordered a steak on the side, which turned out surprisingly good, especially with their dipping sauce. Overall, tasty food, great value, and definitely worth a visit!

‼️ WARNING ‼️ :: this is not like the Long Island restaurant. Same food with less quality. The noodles in LI are better. This seafood was NOT fresh. Shrimp tails soft and lobster shell semi-soft. At the LI location prepared the food fresh where you can see it. I would not recommend anything but egg rolls anything else save your money and plan a trip to their other location.
