Very poor customer service experience. The employee handling orders was wearing earphones, repeatedly taking them in and out to hear customers, and communication was difficult. Customers had to repeat themselves several times, and there was unnecessary yelling across the counter. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a McDonald’s location. Management should ensure employees remain attentive and communicate respectfully with customers and delivery drivers.

I found a cleaning wire in my food. My mom was actively eating their fried rice when she found it in there. I called and they said they would send over new food. When the delivery man came he tried to take the old food and only give us one when they literally sent two fried rice. I had to call again and make a whole scene to be able to get two. Long overdue review. We have been here a handful of times this year and absolutely love it. The owner is always warm and friendly. The food is always amazing. My favorites are the soup, salad, steak, ribs, lamb, sushi. Just try everything. The servers are very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly. Love this place and love that it is Kosher.
