Lame boring class. Would not recommend. I was disappointed with this class. The workout consisted primarily of repeated sets of lunges and farmer carries, with very little exercise variety over the course of the hour. I personally prefer classes that offer more exercise variation, progressions, or modifications. The food was solid and staff were friendly. It feels kind of roundabout to locate and I disliked the weird stairs to the bathrooms.

This place saved me. I got a flat tire right before my shift started as a delivery driver. They were open at 11 o’clock at night fixed my flat even put a cover around the inner tube. This place is amazing and I recommend anybody pass by here for your bike needs. And his prices are fair.
