Waited for 1 hour. Paid about $23 dollars for small container suya. You could go to a Jamacian resteraunt nearby and get rice and peas with oxtail for $22.... Taste was ok some of the meat was smoky. Meat was cheaper cuts. Very hard to chew for this price. One piece was just fat that I could not eat. Overall just overpriced small portions.

Best butter chicken i’ve ever had!! There’s options to allow for spice levels which makes it great to order for groups. We ordered take out and the owner was nice enough to throw in an extra naan for us, thank you! Sauce was very flavorful, great portions of chicken. Even the plain white rice had wonderful hints of herbs and cardamom. Naan was soft, filled with cheese and huge portion for the price. Will be back!

I always went to this bakery with my dad every Saturday as a little girl. The fresh baked bread the different Caribbean accents filling the space with all their amazing customers. The lady who sells rice pudding every other Saturday . Ahhh I will always cherish this gem it makes me feel at home and the bread is one of a kind to me. The bakery has a history and I am so proud to be apart of it.

I asked for a bacon burger. Just that. And these people drowned it in mayo-ketchup on the top and bottom. Gas-lighted me in saying that’s what I ordered. And instead of making me a new one they “wipe” some of it off and gave it back. I don’t eat this and I’m feeling sick now. Why didn’t you just give me a refund. We’re not all Dominicans. We all do not eat “Mayo-ketchup”.

I ordered vegetable fried rice with wings, they gave me pork fried rice and wings. The rice was old and cold. The chicken was hot and it left me with the runs.

The restaurant server is a scammer, biased, and provided terrible customer service. I went to the restaurant on November 25th at night to buy grilled chicken. I had bought grilled chicken there years ago and I had no problem. But on November 25th it was different. I was the only woman in the restaurant and when I asked if they served grilled chicken the server showed me stew chicken. He then told me each piece of chicken was $4 while holding a drumstick. I told him that was too expensive. Later

I came across this food joint while running some errands in the neighborhood. It is beyond my expectations from a small take-out like place. The food is really delicious, flavorful! You can see the open kitchen in the back and it’s clean. The staff is also very friendly to give recommendations since I am not familiar with Jamaican food. I am still thinking about the food after 6 hours! It’s just so delicious! I may have to come back to the Bronx again just for this!

1st time ordering from there and it will be my last time ordering anything from them. I called in for delivery, order came to $43 for the Pasta Oxtail and a side of plantains. Now I tried to call and they kept hanging up my call! Which was unfair cause as you can see from the looks of the photos. The oxtials had literally all FAT and no meat of whatsoever...and I believe that is why they poured all that sauce to cover up this mess. Food temperature great. Portions great. The taste of the food is amazing. Lunch order was: I had a gyro combo with sauce on the side. My Son Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with a large fries. Stopped in yesterday around 4 pm. It was relatively empty. Stood at the counter waiting (with Walker mind you) for a good 8-10 minutes just watching this lady play musical chairs with the food trays and busy herself cleaning & wiping and ignoring me and another customer waiting to order. That usually doesn’t happen here. Maybe this lady is new idk. Anyway… just wanted some red pea soup and a slice of cake. I’ve been living in this area for a year, and this is the 4th time I’ve given this Popeyes a chance. Unfortunately, I think it will also be the last. Every time I’ve ordered here, the chicken has been overly hot, stiff, and almost burnt. The food feels like it’s been sitting out too long, poorly packed, and served without care. I ordered the Singapore mei fun for takeout, and when I opened the container, there was a hair right on top of the food. I brought it back immediately so they could see it themselves. I’ve ordered from this place many times before and never had an issue, which made this even more disappointing. Basic hygiene like this shouldn’t be a problem, and it really affected my confidence in ordering from here again.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THIS KENNEDY SUCKS! I Should have left when I saw no gloves.I ordered 6 hot wings, 2 chicken sandwiches, large fries, a mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
