The only carvel in Queens that has a cookie monster option and it is the BEST. I am an ice cream feign. So i will drive for some ice cream and most definitely when my friends come into town I take them to this specific carvel (if they've never had carvel ice cream before) because I can ensure they will like it. The staff at this location is the best they are efficient, kind, and usually younger too which is so refreshing. Keep it up and please never get rid of the cookie monster !

This is the worst place when it comes to chocolate milkshakes and drinks! It’s always thin and full of milk the shakes are very poor! I ordered the same thing at the Crossbay blvd location and it was exactly what I wanted! To the manager of the 116 location please look into the poor quality drinks your team is serving the public! I found Mr. Roy’s bar across the street. The bar of Mr. Roy, present in the flesh, actually had a polished chrome rail. I noticed many pictures of him standing with New York sports royalty. The food was amazing! The spicy wings are indeed spicy 🥵 but addicting. The rasta pasta with shrimp was delicious. The fried rice is different from other local guyanese restaurants which is a plus! I enjoyed it very much. We went on a Saturday night and the music was a bit too loud in the family dining area and it seems like they’re still working on the decor. The place out of place. The restroom 🚻 was not ready for use on top working on the bathroom during my stay. It was very discomforting with all the noise( drill machines) etc. No air conditioning. To the workers in the kitchen packing delivery please pay attention when you package food when customer ask for hot sauce. First of all I order a fried rice with chicken, rice was so sweet like sugar taste and wet/ soft. Chicken was so husky an dry.
