Customer for 12 years, this restaurant never disappoints me with the food they provide. They bring comfort with the nostalgic feeling of how a Chinese restaurant is supposed to look like in NYC. There food is excellent and customer service is great.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I came here two days ago after work to get some pig bone soup instead of ordering it online for delivery. I showed the front desk that I ordered on the delivery app before and then she was trying to figure out how much it was. She was about to call the boss lady but then the boss lady walked in. This Place has amazing food . My favorite on the menu is the Mixed fritura platter , the meat is so well seasoned and tender . The healthy smoothies & natural juices are so Delicious too . Staff are super sweet and polite and the place is extremely clean . If i was able to give it 10 stars i would .

Absolutely amazing experience. The chef knows exactly what he’s doing. We tried just about every pizza and every appetizer on the menu and all were a 10 out of 10. The pizza is firm and holds up perfectly. The sauce has the perfect amount of tang to it. And the Mozz Stick is unreal!

Bread and mochi donuts were good. I tried Tiramisu latte, it was good. HK milk tea is little too strong for me, (should have ask for more milk) but with strong HK tea favor. Store inside deco was cute and clean. Will come back when is warmer to try ice-cream and other drinks.

Food is very good

Food is cool. Nothing special. Sometimes its spoiled and they will still serve it pretending they dont smell how sour it is. Also if your skin isn’t light they will pretend they dont see you and have an attitude while serving you the whole time. Or try to give you the most dried out piece of food they have

Very nice and cozy place to have some drinks in manhattan. William is the best bartender there. Can recommend this place 100%

Mixed experience. The cocktails were well made and enjoyable, though on the pricey side. The bartenders came across as sharp, and despite the bar being mostly empty, we felt more in the way than welcomed. Despite it being early in the evening, bathrooms were not in great shape. The space itself is beautiful and the drinks are good, but warmer service and better attention to basics would make a big difference.

After the bakery changed owners, the quality of the bread dropped a lot. The pork floss roll I used to love now has barely any pork floss, and there’s none at all in the filling — it wasn’t like this before. The previous owner was generous with the pork floss. Also, the bread tastes like it’s from the day before — not fresh and really hard!

Over the moon that Birch finally opened a location in the Grand Central area!! Their cold brew is actual perfection with a tiny splash of milk and I love that they have simple syrup out for customers to self serve. I used to buy growlers of the cold brew to have at home but now that I have a Birch so close to work I am happy to go every day :)

The food was old, stale, and really plain in general. The ratio of price to quality was obnoxious and unbalanced. Honestly not worth the $50 for tenders, fries, and a tiny hot dog.

I always get pretty basic things from pret but I love coming over here and enjoying the atmosphere. It's pretty calm in here but sometimes it could get really loud. Just with people talking though. I like the food (even if its a little bland) and love the drinks! I enjoy it a lot!

This place is brand new. It’s on the 2nd floor so you really can’t tell it has a cafe inside. But once you find it, this spot will be your go-to one. It's ok. For the price. I mean all they sell is cheap noodles and soups pretty much empty carbs not much protein on the menu. You eat here your gonna fall asleep from the carbs and then wake up hungry again.

I love this bakery, they recently renovated. The food is very tasty and warm, and very cheap. They’re constantly always 1.50 since forever. Only downside is you have to get an employee to pick up the pastry for you which is a little embarrassing and inefficient, also everything is in small batches so each kind only has 4-6 each day so you have to get it quick or the good stuff is gone by 3

As someone who works at a coffee shop I’m highly disappointed. I’m not one to point fingers but I ended up getting ice cubes and no flavor in my frozen coffee. Seemed like someone new had made it which is totally fine with me but please assist them if they don’t know what they’re doing because they messed up my drink twice and I waited almost half an hr in there. My first visit to Little Biggs Sandwich Shop and I must say I am a Philly cheese steak lover and this Philly cheese steak has my heart. It's so juicy yet not overrun with liquids or soppy wet. The tacos are totally delicious, and the service is very cheap, I think that a little more organization would be better, I spoke to place my order, I replied to a Mexican woman and she told me to give me a moment (5 minutes of waiting) then I passed a Dominican woman who did not know what the tacos were like.

Probably one of the best kept secrets and gems behind the glass doors. Never have I ever sat down in a sunglasses store sipping on wine! Great experience. And great wine! The interior is beyond aesthetic — truly an eye candy
