My grumble is that for the seats on the first tier & second tier, the outside ushers don't send people toward the correct doors, so they will send seat 120 (far right) toward the left door where everyone (101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106...) will have to stand up for them when they could have just entered from the left door and easily accessed their seat! This is such a beautiful, thoughtfully designed building. Architecture, amenities, everything feels elevated but also comfortable. The swimming pool is soo stunning! What really makes the difference, I would say is the people who work there. GM and his team are very professional, attentive and genuinely kind. The concierge staff are wonderful!! Old school charm and a time capsule in a very good way, brings back memories especially bringing my own children now there. The pretzels Pizza is amazingly well done and cooked to order when you want it even though they are always short-staffed the staff works hard and accommodates everyone great!
