This tiny spot is tucked into the ground floor beside the entrance to the Ace Hotel, and is very popular almost every day. It takes a few minutes to get your food, but the staff are working hard and efficiently and the food itself is really good. You’ll pay a pretty penny for some options (like smoked salmon as an add-on being the same cost as a whole specialty bagel without it), but they’re using high end fresh ingredients so it’s not entirely surprising. Great spot to grab a bagel in Brooklyn. Small space so not too much room to sit as many people try to set up laptops and juat hang...but if you get a seat to eat well worth it. I got the Classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on Plain. Nice toasted bagel and good amount of bacon, Worth It!!! Coffee was good and strong also, for all the black coffee drinkers.
I love this place! Black Seed Bagels is one of my favorites. I tried my first bacon egg and cheese bagel here and it was so good. Fresh bagel, perfect breakfast, and it hit the spot. I am definitely coming back.
