I’m pretty pissed. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich via the mobile app at 6:36 pm, and then walked to pick it up. I arrived at 6:53 pm, and found the door locked, despite the hours on the door clearly saying they are open until 7 pm and the fact that they charged my card and said the order was successfully placed. I knocked several times on the glass and there were two employees in there who saw me and mouthed that they were closed. I pointed to my phone to let them know I already ordered, an
Do better! I place my order of munkins at 7:13Am on the train, got to the store at 7:35 AM it's still not ready fr pickup and my tickets nowhere to be found! I had to ask someone to check on my order!
The service is quite good at this Dunkin, but the store itself is a wretched place. There is a fire detector that intermittently beeps and hurts the ear; some of the patrons visibly struggle to keep themselves clothed (and bathed) ; and the overall place seems to have a body odor smell that won’t go away. I’ve tried this Dunkin twice now and I don’t want to go back anymore.
