Grand Canyon Bistro is a gem. The food is fresh, the service is on point, and the vibe is relaxed with soft background music that makes you want to stay awhile. The bar is stocked and lit beautifully, giving the place a warm, inviting feel. Parking can be a little tight, but valet and a paid lot make it easy. It’s kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has good vegetarian options. Whether you’re staying at the Holiday Inn next door or just passing through, this spot is worth it.
This is a great local diner. We live in the neighborhood and we like coming here for a chill dinner or brunch. It is not fancy but in a good way. Expect good service and solid diner food/drinks. The menu is large and the staff is friendly. I like the Seeley croissant at breakfast. The mozzarella sticks and the quesadillas are great for dinner. The portions are large and the food comes out quickly after you order. They get somewhat of a transient crowd from the hotel which seems to be where so
Reasonable price tag. Good choice for breakfast. Didn't try dinners much, but I can recommend morning burritos here.
