I just wanna say a huge thank you to James the manager at the Smith Street location. He is such an amazing guy… we had a little problem with our delivery last night which was third party, but he made it up to us with full replacement of warm delicious cookies and some extras! James has such a warm personality and loves the cookie experience and happy customers! A millions stars

This insomnia is so amazing. The staff is great and attentive, especially James. The cookies were warm and delicious and I recommend getting the 6pk. They go certified platinum at my job and school.
