The food was really good fresh, flavorful, and well cooked. Everything tasted balanced and satisfying, and the portion size was just great. What a great find in Brooklyn. Kemo's Kitchen is like stepping into Yemeni while in New York City. We were greeted by the manager Muhammad and we explained that we were from South Carolina looking to try the restaurant. He asked if we were in a hurry and we said no so he recommended that we get Kemo's Mixed Grill. He said he would take care of us and to have a seat. The server brought out the most beautiful large plate of food which included two types of chicken, two types of beef, rice, hummus,
The food is delicious but a bit stale. Go with the shawarma wraps or the freshest options you can see in the store, some items have been visibly staying in the warmer for too long. Service is a bit confused but is ok for a small place.
