Our room had multiple maintenance issues, including a non-draining sink, extremely low shower pressure, and a shower door that would not close properly. Although staff fixed the sink, the shower issue could not be resolved and we had to change rooms. The second room had better pressure, but the conditioner provided appeared contaminated or improperly stored, with white chunks suspended in a watery liquid.
