The Woven team is truly exceptional! As a former athlete, I was initially hesitant to step back into the gym, but Noah and his staff made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable from the start. They are incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to ease back into my fitness journey!
Woven really is more than just a gym! I’ve worked with their personal trainer, Noah, and attended one of their Woven Unwind community events led by Madeline. The entire staff is knowledgeable on how to curate a wholistic program to your fitness needs & level to help you achieve your goals. They've created a welcoming atmosphere for members and new guests in the neighborhood which is lovely to see!
As someone who's never consistently worked out, woven has been an absolute game changer for me. I didn't know how or where to start so having a customized program created for me and my goals, with dedicated coaches showing me how to execute each movement and exercise was really helpful. I've been going to woven for over 6 months now and feel more confident in my movements and can really tell a difference in how I feel. couldn't recommend this place and program more, consider me a fan!
