It’s a great environment with very ethnic diversity amongst its inhabitants. It’s very amazing. The architecture and the space across is a beautiful park with an overview of a skyline of the rest of Manhattan.

Cozy bookstore cafe with nice vibe and friendly people. Coffee was delicious. Nice pastries. There are lots of books to browse thru, excellent prices. Some records and cds. It was a nice visit on a rainy afternoon. The first floor is accessible, however, lots of small tables and chairs so getting around requires patience. There are steps leading up to the other spaces, and the garden in the back. Paid street parking.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a party for about 30 people at Events at Stone Park, and it could not have been better. Josh and Barbara made the planning and execution a pleasure, the food was excellent and service was wonderful. Most important was the sense from everyone involved that they really cared about the quality of the event and all the little details that insured its success. Just spent 4th of July weekend there. Great location, nice size room... Flooring is old and in need of replacement... Bathroom tiles old and stained, sink cabinet in bad shape, towel rack fell off the wall. Great AC, breakfast for $19 was nice, small kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. Sofa could be more comfortable. 1 block from the East River and all the piers. Walking distance to Wall St, 9/11 memorial, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Affordable!! Went to see a show here and loved everything about it. The theater is amazing the sound it great there’s not a bad seat in the house.

The bartender Justina was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Her drinks were perfectly made, balanced, and clearly crafted with skill. On top of that, her energy and personality really stood out she’s very friendly, attentive, and just genuinely fun to be around. You can tell she loves what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back and hoping she’s behind the bar!

Not sure why people say the cocktails are light, i thought they were great! The drinks were tasty and well made. The service was amazing too. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Iconic place of New York, you can just visit it like a museum, there are two shops one for "Home alone" with Heroes clothes that you can buy, and another for all who adores books "Éloïse at Plaza Hotel" a great children's book, about a naugty girl who livde in this hotel, you can buy souvenirs, and there's her post box with all people around the world who are writing to Éloïse!!! I was very pleased with this Courtyard Marriott. Rooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Staff was lovely and continuously offered additional support for our stay. I was slightly nervous about the noise given its location to all the train tracks, but with a white noise app, I didn’t even notice while it sleeping. Location was convenient to LaGuardia, subway, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. We’re Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members, so we expected much better service and hospitality than what we experienced here. Great location with plenty of close restaurants and delis. The rooms was clean!! I paid a little extra for birthday decorations for the room and I was blown away!! We had a nice stay here. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location is convenient if you don't mind crowded streets. Transportation to all the areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn was really easy from this location. If you come in from Laguardia be sure to check out the Uber Shuttle, it is about $19 per person and has a stop near the hotel.

Great stay at Park South Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel offers great value overall. The service was fantastic throughout our stay. A special thank you to Chiffon at reception, who was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on where to watch the Knicks game! Chuck and Johnny, the doormen, were also so warm and helpful - they always greeted us with a smile and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again!

The hotel is definitely tired and needs to be refreshed. Overall no complaints. The gym is small and limited to pretty much 1 person at the weights. Breakfast was $23-ish for eggs and bacon with coffee. Quick to come out and friendly staff. Front desk is slow and seems a bit confused, but overall friendly. Really enjoyed this event space through Convene. The space was clean and contemporary and the event staff was so friendly! The space had a good flow and the food and snacks that were provided were very good! I also appreciated there were a few phone booths sprinkled throughout as I had to take a few private calls during the event. From the perspective of an attendee, I highly recommend booking this space!
