Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze- the welcome bags and cookies were a nice touch too. Breakfast was simple- typical breakfast staples, but I like the variety of options and nothing was nasty. The bed was a little bit too hard, but not to the point of being too uncomfortable. Perfect location. Overall good experience and Marriott standards definitely upheld. Would stay again.

My husband and I played pool as teens and have just gotten back into playing. Cue Bar is a great place to play. We go during the week when it’s not too crowded. All the workers are accommodating. The tables are in good condition and you can usually find a good cue. Definitely recommend this pool hall!

Absolutely terrible experience with the Fairfield Inn & Suites Staten Island cruise package. We booked the special package that included parking and shuttle service to and from Cape Liberty cruise port. I called TWICE before arrival to ask how to schedule the shuttle and was told both times to do it at check-in. When we arrived, we were told the shuttle was already full. My friend, teen, and I did a very quick overnight trip to NYC from the DC area. We were there to see a matinee of a show, and the staff here were so accommodating to us. They have on-site parking in the garage right next door that was competitively priced, I felt, for our time there. They also offer luggage storage, which we took advantage of after we checked out, while we were at our show. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable.

Coming to this movie theater reminded me so much of my childhood. My parents would take us to one that was similar in 82nd St and Roosevelt. I love what the movie theater represents or at least what it represents to me. It's a time stamp and a reminder that we could still have beauty without charging a arm and a leg. People are struggling and it shouldn't cost so much money to see a movie. This movie theater has very affordable prices, great combos for snacks and increíble and friendly staff.

Went to see Martin Lawrence Saturday night and had a great experience overall. I had VIP access so getting in was smooth, plus the free drink and popcorn were a nice touch. The workers and Martin’s staff were all very friendly, helpful, and organized throughout the night. The theater itself is beautiful and the energy was amazing. Overall I really enjoyed myself and would definitely come back for another show.
