Tender and soft sesame chicken like the way it’s supposed to be. Glad to have this in the neighborhood, reminds me of childhood in Flushing.

This restaurant is truly a staple in our community and serves some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Many people complain that the staff can seem unfriendly or guarded, but after serving a community that is often ungrateful and difficult, it's understandable that they may be cautious. Too often, people don't appreciate what they have until it's gone. The food here is consistently delicious, fresh, and high quality. If you're looking for the cheapest option, this may not be the place for y

Elevated dim sum along with wok & hibachi fare in a hip, modern setting or for takeout & delivery.
While this is not really traditional dim sum - there are no carts and many of the items are what I would consider Fusion, it is really fantastic. We went on a Friday night - it was busy but not ridiculously so. Which is a good thing because the restaurant is quite small. When we were there, there was a children's birthday party in the hibachi restaurant upstairs which was extremely loud. I don't know if that is normal or was just a special occasion. We started with a couple soups - the Tom Yum

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service and food quality at your establishment. Due to the consistently unprofessional attitude of the individual responsible for taking orders, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Furthermore, during our last order, the chicken served to my child was raw, which is a serious health concern. Despite being a regular customer in the neighborhood and providing multiple opportunities for improvement, the combina

Came here for a quick bite. Food was good, place is clean, background music was quiet. All the pho was with beef broth (I would have liked a veggie one), I got the seafood version but only ate the shrimp (the mussels and squid did not look appetizing). The summer rolls were very good and my husband enjoyed his beef dish. We saw a few people picking up their orders and it does seem like the kind of place to order from, as opposed to eat in. Overall, good 👍.

Very stingy. Normally all chinese restaurants for lunch special comes with a soup as an option. This one does not offer soups and the serving was small. Half the size of other store, And it was more expensive. recommended going to some other chinese restaurant near it .

My friend bought their Too Good To Go bag ($5.99), and she got like 3x the amount shown in my photo - like 30 pan fried baos (insane value!!). Def an S tier TGTG location. Food is pretty good but on the oily side - Pork pan fried bao: 8/10, great flavor and so much meat inside! Pretty oily on the outside tho - Spring rolls: 3/10, meh - Scallion pancake: 8/10, so flakey and crispy, and large size. Pretty oily tho

I love this place. The owners are above and beyond respectful and understanding!! The food is affordable and they give a good amount of food! Heavy plate always! Always clean and cant emphasize on the food quality being so well and affordable!! $13.50 for this nice plate and i was 25 cents short. They didn’t even blink and understood!!

FaFa Room is a cute little Asian-fusion cafe with heartwarming and welcoming interior decor. The seating is quite spacious and is perfect for couples or small groups of 4 or less to easily sit comfortably. The staff members spoke Mandarin and English, and were friendly and receptive, offering wheat tea or water when you sit down. They also asked if we had any allergies after ordering, which is a nice sensitive touch. The menu itself is very adorable and they have quite a wide range of selections

Came here from a post on Reddit. While the menu isn’t super super large. Covers the classics. And honestly probably best it’s small so they can hone in on really making delicious stuff. Finally some decent NY Chinese food in East Harlem. Sometimes I want comfort food! 3 combos for 27 dollars. Some of the best Sesame chicken ever. Quick and kind service. Clean.

I am very surprised by the low score for this restaurant. We went with our Chinese friends for dinner. Loved the ease of ordering through your phone after scanning a QR code. The food was fresh, delicious and good sized portions. The service was prompt and the staff courteous. The place is relatively small and does tend to get crowded but that would be a good sign. After all, it is said “ Dine where the locals dine”.

It's really not that good, the fries are the best, it's just convenient. The owners that were there before were much nicer and the food was better then. Sometimes I dont think they change the oil enough and that's unhealthy and disgusting. Staten Isl is just not the best with Chinese food IMO...

The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Chinese cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. They are currently closed on Tuesday. Soups, appetizers, entrees, diet specials, chef specials, combination platters, lunch specials and beverages are available. Hang Lee has the best Chinese food in Inwood, hands down. From the fried chicken wings and fried rice to the beef lo mein, vegetable lo mein, General Tso’s chicken, beef with broccoli, shrimp with broccoli, and Singapore noodles—I’ve been impressed with every single dish I’ve ordered. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend! 😊

Do not buy from this place! The delivery person from this place yelled at me and asked me to get downstairs for my food. When I asked him to leave at the front door (I chose contactless delivery), he said he needed to take a photo. When I left my apartment, he called again and yelled if I still want my food and threatened to leave with my food. When I got down and got my food, he didn’t even take a photo. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant enough, nothing too extravagant. The menu offered a standard selection of familiar dishes. I was visiting my daughter in Astoria and this place was my favorite place while I was in Astoria! I’m pescatarian, so I’d order tofu with vegetable(no oil, you can ask for that to make it healthier!) and shrimp lo mein and my daughter would order general tso’s chicken. The portion is pretty big, price is pretty cheap and everything we had tasted so good! The lady at front is very nice and I really miss this place!!! I’ll definitely go back there when I go back to Astoria!

I normally have no problem but the lady hanging up on me because of the language barrier is the reason why the score so low. Very solid place to get American Chinese foods for the area. I've tried a few other places nearby and this place has the best value for the price. I usually get the combo plate when I have a crave for this type of Chinese foods. It doesn't taste off and even the shrimp is actually quite satisfying. Definitely use alot of oil though. Order is done fast once ordered in person. No issues with ordering ever.

The very best chinese takeout restaurant in NYC. Quality for a decent price. I've been going here as a toddler. My friends who moved out of state come back to visit and request food from here. Every time after class at NYU Tandon, I come here to eat—and I always run into classmates. It's basically become our go-to post-class spot. Highly recommend: 🍜 Stir-Fried Spicy Beef Rice Noodle Soup The beef is tender, the broth is rich, and the rice noodles soak up all the flavor. One slurp and you're good. Spice level is just right—doesn't overpower the beef's aroma. 🌱 Dry-Fried Green Beans Wok-dried until fragrant with slightly charred edges, but still tender inside. Tossed with minced p

We ordered delivery, wanting to try another establishment, as other places have become quite pricey for Chinese take-out, along with quality & quantity going south. Delivery time along with pricing, quite reasonable. Portions were good, the food was good and satisfying. The deliveryman polite and friendly as was the lady who took the phone order. We got what we expected and accustomed to, when ordering Chinese take-out. Ever since then, we have ordered again several times.

Not sure why all the reviews are saying the service isn't good. This is just your typical Chinese restaurant. All those reviews are plain ignorant to a different culture and their behavior. Anyways, the food here is really good. I am a big fan of spice and the food here hits the spot. I enjoyed the chicken in chili oil. Cold and refreshing. The malatang is also very good. Meat and veggies charged by the pound. I had plenty of food amongst a group of 4 people. Stuffed our bellies full. Bowl of r

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY BUYING FOOD FROM HERE. I read reviews and still decided to try them. The food was so bland and I’m so mad I wasted my money. On top of all that I found hair in my food. I got boneless spare rib tips and the ribs were full of fat chewy pieces. I had to remove all the fat pieces from my plate and left with nothing. The inside of the store is also very dirty and unkept I wouldn’t be surprised they have rodents. It’s like a storage unit in the front of the store ju

The crab Rangoon was pretty good and the singapore style Mei fun was delicious. The scallion pancakes however were not really that good, they were dry and had no flavor. They were absolutely not.your typical scallion pancakes at all. The beef chow fun was ok too, it wasn't your traditional chow fun flavor either. Not sure I would

When I came to New York for a concert in February or March, I stayed at a ramen shop near my place. They also had sauerkraut fish, spicy hot pot, barbecue, and many other things. The food was pretty good, and it was quite crowded during mealtimes, with tables turning over frequently. This was probably the worst Chinese meal I have ever had in my entire life. Mapo Tofu didn't even taste like Mapo Tofu; it also had peas and carrots in it, and I have had that particular dish in multiple different restaurants not only in the city but also in other states. I also ordered Egg Drop soup that was tasteless as if they didn't even add salt to the pot when making. I ordered broccoli with garlic, and it was like in the same sauce as the mapo tofu. I thought it'd literally just be sautée
