The place is amazing! Great energy and the aesthetic is impeccable. I got a macchiato which was perfectly dialed. I also got “Pastel de Elote”, the flavor was so rich and delicious! This Birch Coffee location is my go-to for a reason. Despite how busy Moynihan Hall can get, the baristas are always pleasant and the service is seamless. My matcha is delicious every single time! I'm a coffee snob and the coffee here was absolutely incredible. We ended up stopping every morning when we walked to the subway during our New York City trip. I also loved that they had a list of resources posted on the front desk for people who needed that connection.

Staff was very friendly and the service was quick! I ordered the Oreo milk tea which was very good, as expected. They even filled my water bottle with cold water at no charge. So nice!!
