Coffee in itself was good & can see how people like it. At the time of visit though, there was only one lady working & she was seemingly overwhelmed (I don’t hold it against her because she was working hard & trying) however it resulted in a tepid latte :( I would give this place another try though. If you’re around, give it a try. Seems like. Solid study spot with a quiet back room area.

Delicious food, and excellent wine choices. Very good for lighter food, soup and a salad, and has a to-go area with espresso drinks and good pastries. Bathrooms are clean and accessible, this is good for morning through evening meet ups or food to go. Not good for work, they do not allow computers, go elsewhere for that.

I like the convenience of it being next to the 495 highway. We came here because the bakery up the block was not open for Christmas. Placed order at kiosk. Was told by server no grass jelly. Substitute with pudding instead. The white pearls did not deliver the texture I was looking for. Overall, the drink was average and seems ingredients were in shortage.

Honestly, this was very unpleasant. The last three times I asked for a very simple thing, and every time they said “yeah, no problem,” but in reality it was never done. Even though I always try to be respectful — I’ve worked in the service industry myself and I leave tips. Awesome brewery with a great amount of beers on tap! Just seconds off the subway and easy to find. Plenty of different types of beers available including over 10 sours! The coffee was good, but the bathroom conditions were unacceptable. There was feces on the toilet, which is extremely unsanitary. For a corporate coffee shop, this is not okay. Restrooms should be checked and cleaned regularly to maintain basic hygiene standards. This really needs attention.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. There isn’t much seating but there are some counters. I tried the lemon matcha spring menu item with almond milk instead of oat milk, which I would not recommend because it was overpowering the matcha and too sweet but their lattes and mochas are generally solid at Blank Street. Keep in mind the matcha fruit drinks are all very sweet and can’t really be made much less sweet. I went Sunday afternoon so I didn’t need to wait.

This place rocks. I used to live in the neighborhood years ago, and I just moved back very happy to find this place still being awesome. This is a medium-sized Starbucks with one accessible, gender-neutral restroom. The barista will share a code with your order. We ordered an Iced Green Tea and Cold Brew. There is limited half-booth seating and it wasn’t that busy on a Sunday afternoon in September. Would definitely recommend as a pit stop to refresh on your coffee or tea and use a clean restroom.

I come here at least once during the work week right around 7, and the smell of pastries and cookies as they open is always so delicious. Such friendly staff and always smiling! However, the customer service during my last visit was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable.
