We visited Carvel, America’s Freshest Ice Cream in Rockaway, and had a great experience. The ice cream was really delicious and fresh, exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, a simple but very enjoyable stop—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Moves to the area recently and decided to checkout the store since it’s so hot out. I ordered a cherry icee along with a blueberry milkshake and a strawberry milkshake. It was so good! Didn’t expect a spot like this to be so good. The milkshakes tasted creamy and thick, just how it should be. The cherry icee was nice and refreshing with generous pieces of cherry. Also pretty reasonably priced. Super happy with this place and purchase. Def returning for a sweet treat once in awhile.

Great clean place with lots of choices. There are a lot of flavors to choose from and the staff are nice (they give you a good amount of toppings on your ice cream). There are also 5 different sizes compared to the usual 3 sizes (they have Jr and kiddie sizes for smaller portions). I recommend going here for ice cream :)

During a recent visit I ordered a shake and it was given to me in a cracked cup. It made the shake spill all over the counter and on my clothing. To make matters worse, I had to ask for a replacement shake after pointing out the issue with cup.

I absolutely love taking my wife to this ice cream shop when she behaves. The staff here are remarkable, they dont rush with your order and make it with care. The best part about this location is that they offer multiple weekday specials unlike other carvel stores that only offer just the Wednesday buy 1 sundae get one Free special. Highly recommend!

Never coming here again. Girl was sitting on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge or say hi. Proceeded to not wash her hands and put her fingers in the bowls. Threw the ice cream scooper in the sink with an attitude. No thank you nothing. Very unfriendly and rude. Buying ice cream shouldn’t be a stressful experience. Last time going there.

The worker Oscar is so good he make me feel special and every time I come in he always give me extra. Last time I went I was so sad because I told him to keep the change and he put it in the register, what a kind kid, he puts the owner before he puts himself.❤️

The only carvel in Queens that has a cookie monster option and it is the BEST. I am an ice cream feign. So i will drive for some ice cream and most definitely when my friends come into town I take them to this specific carvel (if they've never had carvel ice cream before) because I can ensure they will like it. The staff at this location is the best they are efficient, kind, and usually younger too which is so refreshing. Keep it up and please never get rid of the cookie monster !

so creamy and delicious with reasonable portions and a variety of popular flavors. we got the matcha and strawberry-lychee flavors. they were both very thick and flavorful, but the matcha was especially good.

I just had the mango pineapple sorbet at Kente Cones and it was delicious! 🍍🥭 Everything is made with all-natural ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. It’s a Black-owned spot with a welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home here in East New York. The owner makes everything herself, and you can tell it’s made with love. I came in for 3 items 2 drinks and a snack, waited over 30 minutes. However it wasn’t just the wait time once my items were ready the employee was bagging my items (the two drinks, were put into a cup holder for two drinks then put in a bag) one of the drinks spilled. Bought two carvel cakes from this location. couple months ago for a birthday, found a long piece of hair in the cake. Fast forward to today, bought a cake for another occasion as well and found a short piece of hair. It’s a repetitive thing. The workers should put their hair back. It’s gross and disturbing.

First time trying a new frozen yogurt place. It was not what I expected. You do get to choose and pour from the machines yourself. Some of the yogurts were watery. Very rude customer service. The girl that took our order was on Facetime the whole time and got our 2 orders incorrect. This small place is a gem inside the World Trade Center. I had a variation of flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream and pineapple. Although all of them were delicious, my favorite was the pineapple one. The young lady who was there has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a store. Love their cinnamon buns when I'm craving a sweet treat - super soft and flavorful! The ice cream was AMAZING! We tried the Cookies & Cream special and the Captain Crunch Berries cereal ice cream, and both flavors were soooo good!!! The Cookies & Cream was rich, creamy, and packed with cookie pieces, while the Captain Crunch Berries flavor tasted just like the cereal. Every bite was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Went here for coffee today with my little one. Lots of options for your coffee however you like it. Staff is super friendly and place is clean, with great music. We went to St, James Theatre to see Titanique and had a great time. We sat in the mezzanine a few rows back from the front, and the view was honestly amazing. You could see the stage clearly and even pick up all the facial expressions. The theater itself felt cozy and comfortable, and it was just an easy, enjoyable place to watch a show. Overall, really great night and I’d definitely come back again. P.s. we were allowed to film this song.

Absolutely worth it ! An astonishing visual and auditory feast. but it a little warm in it. It gets quite warm inside, so you may want to wear fewer layers before the show. The seats are a bit narrow. Rows F to I seem to offer the best overall viewing experience.
