I like going to this place for the strawberries in a cup (16 dollars), it's a nice treat to have, especially if you're going for a walk. Moreover, I love how the strawberries balance out the sweetness of everything else. In fact, the chocolate in it is actually surprisingly warm, perfect for the cold weather in Staten Island. The crepes are also good, I had one with my mom, we both agreed it was sweet but the fruits help with the sweetness management. The portion size is good, maybe a bit pricy

Before it used to take pretty long to get your order but the bowls were so tasty and fresh that I would just grin and bear it.. but lately they have been having these orders come out in a flash! I’m so impressed by the turnaround and really enjoy coming here now. Whatever changes they made, are working. Keep up the great work!

I like this location very much. It’s convenient and I love the juices and smoothies. They are definitely pricey so not an everyday treat but very good! The location is a little narrow and usually just has one person working, but it’s usually not crowded at all.

They sent me 2 bowls that were supposed to be frozen and they were not frozen and then I called and I explained that to the guy I spoke to on the phone on April 11 @ 1:45 and he told me he’s the manager and I ask him if I can come back so he could remake them because I was not satisfied with the service. This was my first time trying a Acai Bowl and Fruces did not disappoint! I wont lie, It took a while for the order to come out. I ordered the nutella baby bowl and the strawberries were fresh. I stopped by recently, I usually come here when I'm in the area. The smoothies are always a hit or a miss, it depends on who's making it. I liked how the new girl made my drink, it was delicious. She said her name was happy, and it's funny because she was really happy. However a major thing I noticed was the price difference. They definitely increased the price but failed to update their menu, it's not worth getting the meals or anything at that. It's not worth spending 10 dollars on a smoothie

I've been seeing their ads on FB so I decided to check them out last night. This place is brand new (I think their grand opening is today) and very clean. The decor is modern and there's plenty of seating. We ordered a smoked salmon croffel, turkey croffel, Nutella waffle, egg avocado sandwich, and a Dubai chocolate bar. Everything was delicious. Next time I'll try one of their smoothies or bowls.

Update: I really liked this place, but I felt a little weird after leaving today. Two people came in after me and the man behind the counter told them “we’re offering pitaya smoothie samples today“ then proceeded to give them samples and explain what was in the smoothie. I found it strange that he did not offer a smoothie sample to me when I came in right before them or after serving them. That felt a little off putting and made me wish I hadn’t gone in. Only for take out. Honestly felt unwelcome. Customer service lacking, borderline mute and zero sweetness, charisma, or professionalism. Won't bother going back again. To be fair and give a balanced review, at least the store seemed clean, and the acai bowl was okay. That being said, wasn't enough of an experience or value to ever bother going back.

The neighborhood's gem! The decor is beautiful, perfect for photo ops. Place is very clean with great staff and service. The menu is delicious with lots of selections of desserts. I tried a bowl from here and was so satisfied I had to come back! I had the cocoloco bowl last time, it tasted incredibly fresh, and the yogurt was so creamy.
