Sal n Lloyds has been a well established pizza parlor for decades and is still superb. My family has been coming here for more than three generations and has never had a bad dish. We love their family’s passed-down recipes. That in itself proves their excellence. They are the best with everything they make. DG

We got there around 1:30pm on a Saturday and it was not busy at all (just us another customer). The tried the cheese and the hot honey squares. Don't over order, while the square seems quite small, it packs a lot of flavor and will fill you up more than you expected. You can always order more if you need to. The crust was super crispy and tasty for both. But the tomato sauce on cheese square was too overpoweringly sour to our liking. The hot honey square, on the other hand, hit the spot. The spi

I came here with my family after going to the beach and the pizza barely had any sauce or cheese on it. We were not greeted and when ordering our pizza, the lady at the counter was not nice. The place is small and intimate, but the service and food could’ve been a whole lot better.

Quit popping for Pizza. Found this spot. Tasty a bit nostalgic because it took us back to 2530 years ago when pizza was just so good the dough was great. The cheese was great not greasy at all and it was a nice size. I will bookmark it because when I’m in the Bronx nearAstor I will always stop by for a slice. And the customer service was excellent as well.

First customers on a Sunday afternoon after a wonderful day playing in the park with my GKids. Very accommodating and attentive staff, from setting us up with a couple of high chairs and rearranging tables, and quickly serving needed well crafted cocktails set the tone early. If seated inside, you can see the pizza oven and watch them prepare not only pizza's but skillet entree's as well. We just ordered pizza, Margherita, Sausage and a Tartufo Nero (my favorite)! Crust was tasty, nice char and

I've been coming here since a child, my children ate here... but pizza, a calzone, chicken parm sandwich... a burger... all very good. However, lately I've been looking deeper into the menu AND THE STUFFED SHELLS W/GARLIC ROLL WAS 🔥🔥🔥!!!

I've had pizza from here a few times and normally has been good above average. Today had pizza and some chicken rolls and it seems like they change the sauce had more of a pepper green pepper to be precise taste to it. Not sure if this was a one-off but with all thewpizzerias in the area we'll try another one.

Lied about not being on seamless, where I ordered from them for many years. Fellow who answered the phone was rude and definitely not a people-person. He probably forgot to turn on the tablet for incoming orders. By 2pm the lack of incoming should have been glaringly obvious to whoever is in charge. I just assume they don't care anymore. It's a shame because food and service used to be a cut above the other neighborhood options.

This place is one of my favorite pizza places in NY. So you know where I'm coming from, Two Boots is my favorite. But this place is quite different, not as salty and seems healthier. The pizza does have a cornmeal coated crust too but the crust is fluffy and delicious. They use fresh mozzarella and the sauce is really good. When they serve the pizza they sprinkle a little parmigiano and a drizzle of olive oil. They have a great deal: 2 slices for $5 (June 2026). The place is tiny, there are onl

This is my 5th time coming here and I have been pleasantly suprised, i try something new everytime. Regular slice is great, on the thin side but very tasty not run of the mill marinara, good cheese to sauce ratio (more cheese than sauce). Crust is good also. Now on the main review at hand. The grilled chicken ceaser salad slice is one of the best I've had, the grilled chicken has a flame broiled flavor, it's slightly larger than the regular slice and they do not skimp on the salad or chicken. This pizza is alright and not $0.99 as shown in the name.I ordered a slice of cheese pizza for $2 and the pizza was crispy. This Is not a place I would go to if I want high-quality pizza but a place if hungry and want something quick to eat at night.

The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Pizza, soups, salads, appetizers, heroes, paninis, entrees, desserts and beverages are available. I ordered the plain cheese pizza pie and shrimp parmigiana with a side salad. The food was very good and well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.

I know the reviews are not that great but today I experienced positivity from this place. The pizza actually tasted good. I got the artichoke pizza. The portion is very good for airport prices as price reasonably. The only thing I noticed was that one of the workers left their key cards in one of the dough trays which is kind of nasty. I pointed it out to one of his coworkers and to be honest she was very nice and apologetic and just took the tray back for it not to be used. You guys gotta reme

First time trying this pizzeria & WOW! The personal margherita pie is my fav. The slices are seasoned to perfection. You get a hint of sweetness in the sauce with a perfectly balanced salt ratio, generous serving of homemade cheese & a nice refreshing bite of garnished basil. Well done!

I’ve been going to Charlie’s Pizza since I was a child. My mom and even my grandpa to this day still go. It’s one of those places that’s been part of our family for generations. I still remember the gelato pictures on the wall, the fountain drinks and the classic checkerboard floor so many memories. I even remember when I was pregnant with my son and went in just to buy $15 worth of garlic knots with cheese with no shame! lol I truly miss Charlie, but the new owners are doing an amazing job ke

I'm not sure what you expect, it's a nice, decent small business offering food. Great neighborhood pizzeria. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I notice the owner only responded if the customer left a 5star rating. That tells me they seem to believe they are perfect. One thing a NYC business owner can do is mess up a good national chain. I ordered the ultimate hut bundle with 2 pan pizzas. They have made it clear they can’t make a pan pizza. I have 3 “wings” that are breading only and the hut box that was 6wings and fries only came with 4 wings. If I would’ve thought they couldn’t do the bas

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this restaurant. I ordered a pizza, and when it arrived, one part of the slice/edge looked like it had been bitten or torn off before I received it. I immediately called the store to report the issue, but they denied responsibility and did not handle the situation properly. This made me feel very uncomfortable because it seemed like a possible food safety issue. I did not feel safe eating the pizza. I have photos of how the pizza looked

Ordered on 5/4/24: Neopolitan- style with meatballs, green peppers and mushrooms. Pizza was disgusting- we ended up throwing it away!! Pizza had almost no sauce, mushrooms appeared to be canned, not fresh, and the cheese, although plentiful, was chewy and tasteless. The "meatballs" were dry and looked like chunks of asphalt. Without exaggeration, the absolute worst pizza we ever tasted!

Even though they’re one of the few places open until 2am, this isn’t just a “late night desperation” choice l, I’d order from here anytime. Their Detroit-style pizza is fantastic with those crispy, crunchy edges that make every single piece a perfect corner piece (genius move!). The cheese is perfectly melted and generous. Occasionally the sauce can be a touch bitter, but it actually balances well with the rich cheese. Solid choice when you’re craving authentic Detroit-style pizza, late night o

The regular cheese pizza I ordered barely had tomato sauce. It was completely dry and tasted like a flavorless cheese stick. ((4.5 stars)) Andrea's Pizza is another bright spot on the pizza map of NYC as the collective quality of pizza in Manhattan has been on the upswing for the past 10 years 1) bc people are more picky about their discretionary eating 2) bc fierce competition has bred pizza shops serving ever-improving quality pied and slices. accordingly, better pizzerias are dotting neighborhoods throughout boroughs. In the app it will say the food is ready but in reality it's not, when you arrive you'll probably wait an additional 15-30min. Travelled across an ocean to experience how the great city of New York makes it's wonderful pizzas. We chose this place as it was a proper old style hole in the wall pizzeria, and believe me we were not disappointed. The pizza was cooked to perfection, deliciously crispy and great flavoured cheese. Made even better with the option of free chili flakes and parmesan. The pizza was a great price too, easy to feed 2 people for under $10. Anyone else in the area should definitely stop by.
