Lively Williamsburg bar/restaurant with Mexican-Dominican dishes & a party atmosphere.
The food was pretty good, except for the price. For how much the sopes and tacos were, it was very small. The steak was presented nice but they gave 2 squeezes of mashed potatoes and tasted of bacon grease, we told 2 different servers and nothing was done. The sopes were 6/10, steak tacos 7/10. Lobster was ok. The watermelon margarita was on the money, 10/10. Our waiter was not welcoming at all, very apathetic, most of the service was like this, some were standing around. The person who brought

This soul food cafe serves classic Southern dishes such as collard greens & ribs.
Where do I start. Just writing this makes me excited. Taste of Heaven was a google search prospect for Soul Food in the summer of 2024. Since that search I have patronized this establishment 40+ times. The turkey wings are excellent tasty and big enough to make 2 meals. They come in 3 varieties, Jerk, BBQ and Regular. Collards, Sweet Potato and Cornbread are tasty as well. A caveat is that they have amazing memorabilia to create a unique, interesting atmosphere. Experience the food for yourself

They are always pleasant and easy to talk to. When I call and indecisive I'm never rushed. There are many pizzeria closer to me yet Danny's feels like home. The kids love their pizza and it's never a disappointment. They are consistent with their flavor and authenticity. Hands down one of the best in Brooklyn 🤌🏿

Super cool place with a great atmosphere. The service was wonderful. Prices were great, but the food wasnt anything special. Good place to stop and grab some drinks and a quick bite! Overall a nice expirience.

This place is beautiful awesome playlist. I went on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking but I am sure it would be more difficult on a weekday until after 6pm when street parking becomes available. The burger and fries very solid, the el mensajero drink was excellent, I had some toast with ricotta, honey and almonds that was really good as well. It wasnt very crowded but the space is awesome I would like to go back on one of their event days. Overall good experience will come back for sure.

Went last weekend for one of their events and the space is very spacious! First time going here, and the environment was very welcoming and party filled. My type of vibe, but definitely will be on the lookout for more events in the future!

Hip, sci-fi themed nightspot with a retro feel & neon-lit decor serving creative cocktails.
Very cool little bar with well-made cocktails, space to dance and a Blade Runner-esque ambiance to match. By "little", I mean about the size of Elsewhere's Loft (including the bar area) or maybe a bit bigger. Just around the corner from Jefferson L stop. My one knock is that atmospheric haze appeared to be from incense, which emits PM2.5. I'd prefer they used a water-based solution.

Claudia’s in Brooklyn was an excellent experience. The food tasted very traditional and authentic, which is something you can immediately notice. The menu is on the smaller side, but honestly every option felt solid and well thought out. Sometimes a smaller menu done right is better than a huge menu trying to do too much. The drinks were also very well made and paired nicely with the food. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, although the restaurant itself is fairly small, so it definitely gets

Pretty much a dive bar , but Hannah, the attentive bartender, was congenial and talkative. Saw many couples come in to share their day and discovered the owner had a penchant for Portillos Hot Dogs , Chicago style !! All around a cozy bar with cozy customers....I'll be back !! Oh yeah, the owner suggested I try The Godfather at a nearby deli ....Wowee WOW !!

Friends and I gathered at Tradesman for a celebration and had an incredible time. The bartenders and staff were so friendly, fun, and welcoming. Their service was great and the drinks and pizzas were delicious. The back patio is a spacious area to gather and the interior bar has a nice vibe. The place is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend enjoying a drink here or celebrating a special occasion!

What a cool Monday night find! Was looking for a spot in my old neighborhood that was laid-back and might have cool bar bites and I found Sleepwalk. It's dark, but cozy. They had some great Japanese whiskey options for my Old fashioned (Toki) and a cool cider (Austin Eastciders - Blood Orange) for my friend. We ordered Chicken karage and the roasted eggplant w/fried shallots. Amazing flavors!!! The bartender & chef were really on point and there was a live band performing in the backyard terrac

Barista was sooo nice, but the espresso was burnt and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The latte was also expensive so I’d go elsewhere for a similar price where I like the coffee more! But overall cute cozy vibe inside nice local spot

Modest restaurant specializing in Mexican food, including burritos, nachos & enchiladas.
Prices are a little high which I don’t say lightly. $13-14 for a burrito has become normal in nyc, but this one is a little more plain and moderately sized than you’re used to in the city. I feel like their best stuff is probably just not the burrito. If it was 8.50 like it says on the menu or $10-11, I’d be singing its praises as a good deal and say get this all the time as a simple meal but for 14, could use some flavor.

Cocktails & craft beers, plus finger foods served at an intimate joint featuring a rooftop terrace.
Been here a few times to see my fav djs, most recently Giegling event, can’t speak to food/restaurant since it was a party. However love this place, bartenders are quick. The rooftop is nice plenty of space. The warehouse on the inside was massive it was so nice to enjoy a rooftop party and then walk down the stairs into a warehouse party. Deff worth checking out.

I hosted my 30th birthday party here and it was an absolute pleasure!! The owner was SOO kind and flexible, letting my friends essentially take over the aux and the projector and put pictures of my face everywhere (lol). It was the perfectly sized space and the bartenders and owner were so generous in having to serve probably more people than they usually would on a Friday night. The cocktails are delicious, the vibes are immaculate. So grateful to HereBk 💛💛💛🙏🏼🙏🏼

This place sucks the girls literally try to ask money every time they dance even if they weren’t dancing for you. If you don’t tip every time they dance or open a beer for you they will get super mad and start showing attitude which is completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Do not come to this place if you don’t want have a boat load of money to throw away for no reason. The mirrors are dirty and the place is small. I was literally told to not sit at the bar since I wasn’t tipping enough and

I don’t live anywhere near here but whenever I am around, I stop in and have a bite here at SHM Bagel & Coffee Shop. What I like most about it, is the food. I feel like my mom, dad or one of my Aunties made it and I feel like I’m with them chillin’ and eating. It brings back memories. Besides that, the owner is kind and friendly and so are the workers. This place is clean and smells clean, to me. Outside, there is no real fanfare but I like that because once inside, you have some chairs, a few

Had such a great time at Eckhart Beer Co! The food was honestly delicious. I tried the crispy pork belly, cucumber salad, smoked marinated olives, and the brat, and every single thing was flavorful and well done. The beer flight was also really tasty and a great way to try a variety of their brews. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the brewery tour. It was super interesting getting to learn more about the brewing process and the care they put into everything they make. The atmosphe

I stopped by this place on a whim and noticed it had no reviews, so curiosity got the best of me. A quick look at the menu suggested an identity crisis: a cafe attached to an Italian deli with fresh pasta offerings and classic italian sandwiches… plus rotisserie chicken, Taiwanese pork rice, and fried rice? That mix alone made me want to try the fried rice—because as simple as it seems, good fried rice follows a strict order and a rule: use day-old or cold rice. I watched the cook start by hea

Had a brilliant time here, can't recommend it enough. Only recently went for the first time and had the best night. The venue was really cool and unique, found out the murals on the walls were by a local artist and the pillars add to the whole vibe of the place. The sound system and lighting was obviously very high quality, and the dj luckily made full use of this. The staff were also great! Everyone was great from the door to the bar. Have you been to venues on the street before. This is when it is comes to an event space. It has all you would look for it has a seating area as well as a bar. In the rear there's an outside area that you can go to for fresh air. Although that outside area wasn't very well lit. There was a concert tonight I went. What's kind of cool is that it makes it intimate. The crowd could really walk up to the stage, interact and even talked to the acts after. A lot of people were getting photos and remin

Saw Inzo here and it was absolutely amazing, very easy to navigate the crowd and the stage was amazing. inzo does a lot of light effects and bubbles and it was truly magical. plenty of bathrooms so never had to wait in line and the coat/bag check was 5$ per item and saved us from being too hot. but it never got too hot in the venue either which was really nice since i had dressed warmer bc it was winter!

I’ve read a number of bad reviews that almost deterred me from going last night. I’m glad I didn’t listen. It might be a slow night or just my luck but my experience of going to SILO last night was fantastic. At the entrance, the security team were professional, patient and courteous. I was quickly scanned in at their reception by a welcoming team. Bar had a little line going but the bartenders worked quickly and efficiently. The price was high but not unaffordable. Brooklyn Monarch is an outstanding venue, and the ASSA by Sukhishvili event was an unforgettable experience. ASSA is a vibrant fusion of traditional Georgian dance and modern expressive movement brought onto a club stage — a creative reimagining of Georgian choreography that blends heritage with contemporary flair, giving the night a unique cultural energy that’s rare to find in NYC nightlife. The staff at Brooklyn Monarch is truly exceptional — friendly, professional, and impressively efficien

Such a charming little spot. The Little Book Shop has a really cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and browse for a while. One of my favorite coffee roasters in Bushwick. Located in the backstreets of the neighborhood amongst warehouses and in one itself. The trek is a bit off the beaten path it’s well worth to grab some of their freshly roasted beans. Out of their wide selection of beans I’m obsessed with their Salvadoran stock, highly recommend scooping a bag of it(sells out quick).
