I had a great experience here today! I ordered a combo meal, and everything was served fresh and piping hot. The staff was incredibly friendly and got my food to me in record time, even with a decent line in the drive-thru. It’s always a relief when a quick lunch actually tastes this good and the service is spot on. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to spot when I’m in this part of town.

Excellent service - owner Rob was very attentive to our party - excellent drinks, great food.. we had appetizers for the table, pre-fix menu - I trusted Rob’s suggestion of mussels in white sauce and they did not disappoint! We’ve been coming to Alfonso’s for over twenty years. The pastries and cakes are simply superb when fresh, and were particularly outstanding today! The rainbow cannoli cookie (decadently layered with cannoli cream), red velvet cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, and napoleon were delicious. The service is nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend for classic Italian pastries and baked goods!

Everything we ordered was delicious. I loved the wings, especially with buffalo and sweet Asian chili sauce. Their sliders and chicken Caesar wrap were very tasty. I really enjoyed the Cesar salad with shrimp, the shrimp was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Their French fries and onion rings were good as well. The customer service was excellent. Angelina and Gabriella were so sweet and accommodating.

First time coming here and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. Literally the best after an exhausting day, the pizza was really fresh and warm. Service was 10/10 , real nice guy called Jim who had amazing costumer service. Will for sure come back a second time!

We went here after the bakery 3 doors to the right for a quick slice. After two bites, my daughter said what I was thinking... horrible! The person in charge said she would not return our $9.00 And did not offer us something else. The audousity to serve such slop and then wonder why your restaurant is empty

I’ve had better elsewhere, but this is the best pizzeria I’ve tried in the area so far. The Grandma pie is my favorite. It’s surprisingly good, especially the tomato sauce.

Getting coffee here is always quick (they'll often have it ready before you finish paying). Food is prepared quickly, too. Staff is friendly without the fake customer service voice/tone (a huge plus). I'm in and out in no more than two minutes.

I Ordered to pick up. Food was cold. I drove 10 minutes away to my home.Normally my food stays warm when I order same distance The Gran marnier was too sweet and broccoli was cold. Bbq spare ribs were overcooked and chewy and also cold. Won tons strips were Stale and crumbled. Two entrees were ordered only and only one small pint of white rice was included. Not enough rice.

First time visiting this place and I’m in love with it! The girl with black hair in a ponytail helped us out and she was very kind and made us feel welcome. The food came out quick and hot. My dad and I had the croissant sandwiches and they definitely beat Dunkin. I had the Honey Kiss latte, which was one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. The donuts were fresh and everything was spot on! I wish they had a location in Florida, I would come every day!

Sal n Lloyds has been a well established pizza parlor for decades and is still superb. My family has been coming here for more than three generations and has never had a bad dish. We love their family’s passed-down recipes. That in itself proves their excellence. They are the best with everything they make. DG

We stopped at this restaurant for takeaway during a visit to Staten Island. The food was piping hot and very delicious. The staff at the front entrance was nice too. We got chicken wings, fried rice, broccoli garlic sauce and the spicy chicken eggplant dish which was very good.

This place was great a year ago, but recently, it has been awful! Gave it so many chances because they used to be great, but it has been nothing but disappointment. Food is not always fresh/tasty, portions are inconsistent, and at times mushy and tasteless. However, this last order was the final straw - ordered a salmon avocado, but received .... photos shall speak for itself, see attached.

I have had numerous burgers throughout my life, but I have never encountered one as lacking in flavor, especially considering the price. It was surprising to find no mayonnaise or even ketchup, which I would consider basic expectations for the cost. Paying $9 for such an uninspired burger seems quite unreasonable. I got the opportunity to attend one of their opening events as a guest of a member and was so impressed by the quality and creativity of the food and cocktails.
