I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited in line. When I reached the speaker, no one responded. Eventually, I had to move forward to the pickup window where there was already one car ahead of me, which also took quite a long time. This Wendy's use to be good but lately they been really horrible. I order a kids meal for my son and I told them last time it wasn't good and over cooked. Well i got the same food again it was over cooked and looks old not fresh I am very disappointed specially when I choose Wendy's over all other fast food chains. So I went in, staff is polite and tentative, no wait time for pick up, the place looks nice and clean when you walk in, the food on the other hand… not great. So I got home and opened the food, the chicharron was super dry, not even sure if it’s from today, it felt and tasted reheated, we got empanadas as well, they tasted rubbery not that nice crunch you get when they’re fresh, really a let down. We also got bread from bakery, very hard and dry, don’t recommend.

Love me some Paris Baguette! So I was excited to hear they opened a location in Staten Island. There’s a great variety of desserts, along with coffee and sandwiches if you’re looking for something more than just a sweet treat. The space has plenty of indoor seating, the staff is friendly, and everything is well organized. It’s also conveniently located with plenty of parking. The calamari is a downer. Even with the added lemon and coarse sea salt, it's not that great. And the pieces are hard, only the marinara sauce softens them enough to eat them. Penne pasta had a METAL SCREW in it, please see photo attached. I called to explain and was told I can only get a credit and they can make a new order. It was only until I stated I will report to Staten Island advance that I was granted a refund. The guy on the phone had assumed I was lying and told me “enjoy your free meal”. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. This dunkin served me sharp ice shards in my ice coffee—the 16-year old behind the counter that morning clearly scraped the bottom of the ice maker and just threw it in my drink. i used to come here about 3 years ago it was more fun, alive. it is now under new management and since then prices got raised, they took out the arcade games and you cant even bring in your own water. they say no food but the gentlemen was eating a feast. cant smoke? but has packs of cigarettes out on the pool table? cant drink? but your pouring drinks.

I don’t like to review fast food places until I’ve been at least twice. This location doesn’t have very good customer service I don’t need friendliness. They don’t help you if you’re having trouble with coupons. The tomato that was put on 3 sandwiches was weirdly mushy and gross. 3 out of 4 people who ate sandwiches with me that night got sick. To start I’m not one to write a review or bash a business, but today after after receiving the food I did for the amount of money I did not even worth it. The mac & cheese was bland and dry, when asked how long for new mac & cheese was given a fast answer of they just threw it in and it’s gonna be 45 minutes. I work in the kitchen. This is actually my second visit here, very close to my house. It was so very cold today & I had a lot to do. Didn’t feel like eating anything sweet so when I saw they are already open this early I was very happy.
