They served me chicken that had been sitting for two hours. The chicken was absolutely terrible—in fact, I couldn't even eat it. I had to throw the entire combo in the trash. I asked the guy if I could have a fresh piece, but he just gave me whatever he felt like giving me. In other words, he showed no respect for my wishes as a regular customer; it is truly disrespectful for that store to serve up old chicken that has been sitting around for two hours.

I placed an order for pickup. This was the smallest breakfast “burrito” I have ever bought. There wasn’t much flavor to it and the turkey bacon felt undercooked/a little difficult to chew. I paid over $10 for this; a $6 bacon, egg, and cheese from my local deli would have been better. I also learned it is a cash only establishment which is inconvenient. Do not recommend.

I took my mom to Rosa’s at the park for Mother’s Day and we had an amazing time! The music was incredible and created such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The food and service were both excellent, and the staff made the experience feel special from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day with family. Just went there today and ordered alcapurria, morcilla and 2 pasteles. I was looking forward to this. When I got home everything except the morcillas was awful, bland, tasteless. The alcapurria was not made with masa but it tasted like harina. As for the pasteles, I threw it away after the 2nd taste. Horrible!!!! Also did not have the masa consistency. The taste was actually nasty. I used to love this place.....USED TO. Never again!!

Last time I can’t hear Brooks this time they said they can’t put two thighs in a box even though they had about 70 of them up there on the rack is drying out. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Most of the time I order delivery from them and I've never had an issue. Person on the phone is usually very nice and my order is always hot when it gets to me. The teriyaki wings are also really good a staple in our community they never miss a bit. I'm surprised they have such negative reviews. When I have been in person to get a slice they are always very nice too.

I thought all restaurants offered complimentary water while you wait. So, when they asked if I wanted a drink, I said, “Just water,” but they brought me a bottled water. This meal was absolutely delicious. The pork chops were juicy and well-seasoned, the rice was flavorful the beans were creamy and rich. The guacamole and pico added a fresh touch that brought everything together perfectly. Overall, a really satisfying and tasty plate. I’d definitely have it again. 😁👌🏼

Light, perfectly balanced tres leches—finally one that isn’t overly sweet or soggy. The texture held up really well, which is rare. The Oreo and chocolate flavors were both rich without being overwhelming. Definitely one of the better tres leches I’ve had.

Their food and drinks are great for everyday but their cake department needs so much improvement. This rating is going specifically to their custom cakes. I'm giving WingStops 3 stars. Service was 5 stars at this location and the guys were great, but the food was a miss for me. This place is a hidden gem! We came in from out of town and wanted some low-key breakfast so went here. So I decided to get a medium milk tea boba and honestly it was simple and sweet it’s not the best boba but it’s an affordable price and especially for a boba place in the Bronx.

In NYC for an adventure with my teen daughters. The restaurant was not far from our hotel and it’s been ages since I had decent tacos. Juan did not disappoint, the reviews are correct - he’s so friendly and courteous. And the tacos were the best I’ve had in forever, my daughters and I were thoroughly impressed. So delicious!!! We may be coming back during our week here, just to make sure we get our fill.

The service is tolerable and the lady in the front is respectful but I ordered a chicken and broccoli with white rice for my 8 year old and after she ate nearly have of the food. She saw something in the white rice and asked me what it was. It looked like a white mop string and parts of it was black.
