This spot is a MUST GO TO. We stopped by on Valentine's Day. The tenders are made fresh to order and they are juicy and flavorful. What an amazing place! It was beyond my expectations. We had a Kaiseki dinner and some à la cart dishes. We sat at the counter in front of the chef and looked at the preparation which made me very excited. Every single dish had such beautiful presentation and tasted so perfect. Came here for a friend’s birthday with a party of 16 guests. The ambiance is cozy and cute but I personally thought it was way too dark for a restaurant. I could barely see what I was eating. I understand if it was a bar but it’s a full blown restaurant. The service was just okay. My absolute favorite! They have the sweetest customer service, top tier riceballs, and best matcha I’ve ever had! I’ve been going for years and their quality has stayed consistent. I would gatekeep this place but I tell and always take my friends to any of their locations because I hope they stick around for a long time.

from my experience, service was better than the food. friendly cashier :) food came out in about 10 minutes. i ordered shoyu ramen which was alright. you have the option between chicken & pork. i had 2 medium sized pieces of chicken, and half an egg. the soup broth is pretty salty. i like that there was plenty of noodles but wish there was more chicken and mushroom. overall would recommend! left with a full stomach

The Broome Hôtel is in a perfect location in the heart of SoHo. However.. I don’t understand where the 4 stars are. There is NO extra service provided such as parking / rooms service / common spaces where to work from / pool / gym.. nothing. Receptionists are nice but every time I asked for information the answer was “I don’t know”. Overall the hotel is cute especially for the location but definitely not at the level of a 4 stars one.
