The manager, Mr. Sahim, did one of the kindest things I’ve ever experienced in customer service. For whatever reason, my digital order glitched and the payment didn’t go through. I had ordered 15 pizzas for 11 AM for Teacher Appreciation Week. Mr. Sahim and the entire morning crew on 5/6/26 were absolutely incredible. The hookah was good!!! When it was harsh and hard to pull, the staff was quick to fix my hookah. The finger food was quick and decent prices. I’ve been here before and the staff are always friendly. Usually the music wasn’t too loud that I couldn’t hear my friends.

We ordered the chicken STUFFED with rice on different occasions for takeout and it was delicious!! The rice inside the chicken is flavorful. It comes with a tomato soup with vegetables. Me and my family have been ordering from here for years. And unfortunately they’ve fell off tremendously over the past few years and often get our delivery orders wrong. The customer service has always been good, but the food these past few orders is some of the worst I’ve had in years. Very bland marinara/ tomato sauce and the chicken they use here has a very weird dry rubbery texture, almost like it was fake. Very strange experience. I was in the neighborhood and wandered in as I was craving honey and pistachio flavored sweets (like baklava). There are many, many kinds of pastries and sweets here. I wanted to try several, but I ended up getting two different ones and they were superb. There isn't any seating here, so one comes in to buy and leave. If you are ordering to get ut delivered to you, you hace to know they are going to take añmost 2hrs, they are delivering with a third party company and even tho they tell you it's going to take 25 to 30mins it is a total lie, I gave it the benefit of doubt trying to order 3 times for a delivery but the same happened and they don't even offer a compensation for the time waiting.

I ordered an Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Sheet Cake for my mom’s birthday on Postmates. When it delivered I got a small cake that looked nothing like the display, and it wasn’t even Oreo. If they don’t have the flavor, the least they can do is try to call or tell the delivery person that they’re out of stock. The store doesn’t even pick up the phone, I’ve called about 5 times! Ridiculous customer service.

Starting with the customer service, juice time offers exceptional service for all their customers regardless of the time of day. They not only have amazing refreshing juices, but they continue to show their expertise by offering countless types desserts. Food is amazing but they charge more about $5-10 extra if you are not one of those who speak their native language. I had this experience more than 20 times. I can't understand why they treat non Arab people different. So be careful. Otherwise food is 5 star and service is awful.

So far , the best pizza I’ve ever had! Recently bought 2 regular slices and the slices not only were very good , but big as well. It’s soft and less crunchy, which makes it easier to eat. The service was great, and overall, the best place to get a slice of pizza!! Definitely worth it!!
