I’m not a very picky eater, but the quality of the food is below average. The only flavor you taste is salt. The rice was also uncooked. It seems like the positive reviews might be fake or might be from friends/family. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

I ordered from this restaurant on the 2nd of October with UberEats. I ordered Fufu with Egusi soup and Thiebou Guinar. It all costed me $48.42. With that price I paid I expected it to be amazing or something like that. No. It was not good. The egusi soup was not authentic. In fact I only got 3 pieces of meat. Lol. Today for lunch, I ordered the curry chickpea dish with cabbage and side of fried oyster mushrooms and I was honestly disappointed . The food is very inconsistent, there is no quality control on what goes out. Why do I continue to get hard chickpeas? It leads me to believe that it’s not being tasted because there is no way. I always come here and the customer service is amazing💯💯💯 They are always so friendly and work super hard and if they make a mistake(WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND NOBODY IS PERFECT) they fix it without any issues😍😍😍 Alot of other fast food places should learn from this place because the customer service is 100 and top notch💯💯💯 I have been coming here for years even when they had the other location around the block and will keep coming here as long I live in this area💯💯💯

Food is great , but customer service sucks the servers are always having an attitude and being rude whenever you ask questions that retaining to your order , or if you have multiple orders and they make a mistake they server try to blame you the customer for their incompetence other from that the food is great and i still tip.

I ordered a chicken patty thing. With stew chicken, white rice, red beans and plantain. They cook the chicken with olives 🫒 so your taste. I’m not an olive fan. But other than that the food is good.

Wonderful spot that as a nice chilled vibe for older people. It also has a upstairs area and a bar. Mainly serving cocktails. They also have special events on certain days, like Mother’s and Fathers Day. It’s not unusual to pay a high entrance fee here on these days. Not the best experience if we’re being honest. I’ve never been at a place and sat at the bar and had to get up to get the bartenders attention because they weren’t at the bar. I usually enjoy my food but today I didn't. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries weren't done and looked like it was half and order and the burger was wrapped in paper not in foil. There was a big spot of grease on the bag. Today I was disappointed. Won't order from them for awhile.

Our first time trying here and we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The ackee and salfish was so salty, fried dumpings texture was hard and not enjoyable. The curry chicken was extremely oily (& borderline salty), it stained everywhere. We had curry residue on our hands for hours. The cormeal porridge was the worst I've ever had it was so thick with a brown color and fresh. The best thing was the saltfish fritters.

Had the BX burger and Cajun seasoned fries. Burger was ok , tasted fresh and was not over cooked. fries were crispy and tasty (the portion of the fries was disappointing for the price). The fries come with a dipping sauce. Over all not bad , looking forward to tasting the other options on the menu.

I've been coming here for 8 years. The owner is always cordial. The bartenders are usually friendly. Can't beat the prices for the drinks. The drinks are definitely not watered down. There's an internet jukebox available on the days without a DJ. There's a pool table. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a cash only bar.

Half delicious, half suspicious. You take a gamble with what you get. I cannot complain with the prices but I do wish there was a little more effort with the food quality. It does not need to be excellent but it does need to be edible and presentable at minimum.

Wayne was AMAZING!!! With only a couple days notice he still provided all we asked for and then some. The food was spectacular, KFC has nothing on Caribbean Connection because they will have you licking your toes as well lol. Great customer service from start to end. The food was delicious. I used to go all the time (2021) and get fried chicken, but they didn't have it. So I got curry chicken and... IT TASTED LIKE CRACK (super delicious). There was only 1 worker and she was nice (my dad knows people there) and it's was kinda dark but the atmosphere was okay overall.
