They were a success at my daughter's Sanrio themed Sweet 16. This bakery will now be my go-to for all birthdays and big events! Ordering was a breeze, communication was excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough!! You will not be disappointed!

I and my mother visited this wonderful cafe last week while touring around NYC and Brighton, and I must say that these are absolutely the BEST DESSERTS I have ever tried in my life! Fantastic, elevated seafood counter dining experience. Every seat was filled at about the same time yet the staff handled each group as if you were the only diners. Menu items are too mixed together, and the graphic design makes it hard to understand your options, which contributed to a long wait since there’s no way to preview the menu at the entrance. Food-wise, I recommend the Egg Sando and Hojicha latte — the Matcha was alright but not distinctive. Also, the rear bar area felt like a waste;

I ordered a large pizza with BBQ sauce and chicken. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed there was way too much sauce. But when I took a bite, I realized the real problem: they had originally made the pizza with regular pizza sauce, and instead of remaking it, they just spread BBQ sauce on top to cover it up. Really disappointing. If you mess up an order, just be honest and fix it properly. Make sure check your order before take it.

Found this place from a book called Drink Like a Local, and if I didn't there is no way I would have found it. Located on a block with a ton of places to eat it is up a flight of stairs behind an umarked door. Walk in and you are greated warmly by the hostest. Sat at the bar, ordered the grilled cheese and a Gin cocktail. Bartender was very helpful with the drink selection and the grilled cheese spot on. Defitantly would recommend and look to go back.

My friends and I stopped in here because I had an errand in the area and while we were initially shocked by the price, we were willing to pay because as a smaller, organically focused shop, MAYBE their espresso roast is stellar. I went there Tuesday April 7th on my way to Costco. Someone from the Bronx told me about their delicious food a while ago. I decided to stop by and try and she was right. I bought the spicy chicken biryani and chicken samosas. It exceeded my expectations and my son loved it too. The customer service was great and the place is so clean. I will be definitely going back to try their other dishes.

Never been inside and the place is direct about what you want to order. Like say it directly but the food was super fresh and smelled amazing. It's my first time in a long time eating Chinese food in the city and I'm glad I'm back to it.

Cutest little coffee shop in the Park Slope area. Their coffee drinks were excellent and they have some nice merch! I made sure I got one of their canvas tote bags. If you are lucky there are some cozy seats inside or also a few outside as well.

My friend and I visited Carrot Express yesterday and we were pleasantly impressed. The dishes were delicious, we enjoyed every single bite. We got the carrot juice and later some tea and coffee. The place was spotless and the servers quite attentive. 👌 Even amongst themselves you can see how they got along and worked as teammates. (Shout out to the hardworking latinas! ♡) On the wall read their core principles and truly they lived up to each one. I wish they have a store closer in Queens!

The food here tastes pretty good and the place feels warm and comfortable. However, the packaging was really disappointing. We got plain brown paper with no design, while others seemed to receive much nicer, branded packaging with logos. It felt inconsistent and took away from the overall experience. I hope they can be more consistent with their presentation in the future.

A bit out of the way, but the cookies are delicious, and service is friendly, and it's reliably stocked up, unlike another popular bakery close by (red gate). I got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie as well as the brown butter cookies. Both were delicious! I tend to feel like other places get a bit too heavy handed on the salt on cookies; but the salt and sweet here are well balanced. I'll be back!

AWESOME bar & bartender. Loved the vibe of the place. It was Open Mic night & we enjoyed visiting with all the locals too. My daughter and I sampled lots of local beers & learned a lot about surrounding area. We will be back on our next trip to New York! We didn't order any food.

Good option for breakfast/brunch in the UES. We had the lemon ricotta pancakes, the pancakes were great but we couldn’t really taste the lemon. The scone was ok, too big and a bit hard to eat. Great experience at Jaew Thai Cuisine! They have an amazing vegetarian menu with tofu options. We started with the veg spring rolls and calamari, which were crispy and light. Then, we had the fresh watermelon juice and tried some delicious veggie main dishes with tofu. The food is excellent and the bistro is very bright and clean. Highly recommend for vegetarians!
