I’ve had good experiences in the past. The drinks were pretty and food was yummy. Customer service never really has been that great, they are pretty fast-moving and keep to themselves. More recently, I’ve been noticing a rise in prices and decrease in quality. I ordered a cloud matcha latte which I have had before but this time it was $8, didn’t look like the photos, and was mostly full of ice. I used to love this place but I don’t know that I’ll be returning as much anymore.

I tried the tea and the burrito, and both were absolutely excellent! The food is incredibly delicious — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff are extremely polite, respectful, and provide outstanding service. Their warm attitude makes the experience even better. Compared to other fried chicken joints this one is pretty good. The chicken was fried to perfection with the right amount of crispiness. It also warms up well. At first I didn't like the biscuits but they also warmed up well and tasted much better ths next day. They were moist and buttery. The corn in the cob was juicy. The beef patties were not good. They tasted like they were deep fried and old. Guess that's why a beef patty should not be ordered from a fried chicken fast food chain. Overall,

Worst drinks ever in all of LIC. Everytime i go its just a cup of milk with a hint of coffee. Ordered a shaken espresso and had to remind the lady to "shake it".. after she was already about to hand me the drink. This one tastes like a cup of oatmilk with brown sugar syrup, can't even taste the coffee, the lady probably put a single shot when standard is double.

Restroom is locked n no sign over there and employees are lying it not working the guy sweeping just locked because he is cleaning it

I honestly do not usually write reviews but this place really deserves one. And if you see my photos, you will probably understand how often I come here lol. This is definitely my go to place for pasta, coffee, and the overall experience. The food quality is always amazing and their pasta is so fresh and full of flavor every time. Katsuno is Forest Hills' best kept secret. They only open a few days a week for a couple hours, and reservations must be made in advance. If you walk by too fast, you just might miss the store front. The food is fresh and authentically made by an old Japanese couple. This meal will cost you, but every bite is worth it. I loved the hamachi kama. Katsuno is my favorite special occasion restaurant when I feel like splurging on my birthday.

The best Cafe in Brooklyn hands down! Fresh clean food, delicious and huge variety you can pick from. Coffee is fresh and tasty, all varieties of Coffee hot and cold as well as smoothies. They say never judge a book by its cover .. Just had dinner from Jack's Pizza tonight and it was absolutely on point. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor with quality ingredients you can actually taste. The crust was perfect, the service was quick, and everything was made just right. Definitely one of my go-to pizza spots in Queens now. Nice atmosphere, wonderful service, food wise some hits and some misses. Fried zucchini and calamari were very good, crispy and not greasy. The texture of the pasta itself was good, but shrimp oreganata needed a bit more flavor as did the bolognese sauce.

The bartender was pretty nice. When we got there no one was there. People started to show up at 11pm. The music was good and the drinks were okay. I order a lamp chop meal and it was horrible. The lamp chop was burned and salty. The person I went with burger also looked burned. I should have asked for it to be remade. This place we decided to go to because of the hookah. Also they only take cash which is weird. They now have a ATM on site.

They never toast the bread for digital orders. The word "toast" or "toasted" appears 8 times on this receipt. The correct option was selected. The sandwich was served ice cold, with completely unmelted cheese. They are intentionally not preparing orders correctly to make it cheaper for them

Absolutely amazing bakery experience at Fabrique Bakery. The pastries were fresh, buttery, and full of flavor. The cardamom bun definitely lived up to the hype — soft, perfectly balanced, and one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient even during busy hours. A perfect stop for coffee and authentic Scandinavian pastries in Midtown Manhattan. This place is a hidden gem! We came in from out of town and wanted some low-key breakfast so went here. Food was so freaking good, the pancakes and waffles were perfectly fluffy and tasty, breakfast sandwich was exactly what I was craving, and meals came with free coffee 👌👌 will definitely be back again!!!

After finishing our visit to the 5th floor of the Museum of Modern Art, we went up to the café on the 6th floor to rest our legs. I didn’t have high expectations because the reviews weren’t very good, but the food was delicious and the server was extremely friendly. The café atmosphere on a rainy day was also very nice.

I usually will stop in anytime I pass this bar. They have good food & a good selection of drinks. The staff there are a lot of nice people & the music is always good/they have some of the finest vinyl DJs in New York. I definitely plan for it when they have a DJ I like there. Top items right now; watermelon juice, bratwurst & fries. Also the organic wines & signature beer!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this restaurant. I ordered a pizza, and when it arrived, one part of the slice/edge looked like it had been bitten or torn off before I received it. I immediately called the store to report the issue, but they denied responsibility and did not handle the situation properly. This made me feel very uncomfortable because it seemed like a possible food safety issue. I did not feel safe eating the pizza. I have photos of how the pizza looked

Was visiting family in the area and he brought us here as he is a regular. The bagels are great! Came here a few days for breakfast and we were always happy with our breakfast sandwiches (bacon/steak egg and cheese, smoked salmon was great too!). Very kind staff and they are pretty fast. I’ve gotten take out and delivery from Juice Joint. I’ve tried the smoothie, avocado blt, patty, and the acai bowl. The avocado blt I got today and a few days ago was not good. The avocado tasted rotten and another time I bit hard into the branch piece left from the avocado. My fruit in my acai bowl or toppings are also not the same amount or cut the same every order.
