Let me tell yall how I ordered and accidentally picked the wrong location! I didn’t have enough time to change it and I didn’t want to cancel! I was able to call the THIS LOCATION (Ridgewood) and the manager Ryan was able to save my order and make it fresh for when I arrived after work! The customer service was superb! THE BEST PLACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. the owner is so friendly to me and my friends and their teas, bobas, and edamame’s are always so good and fresh all the time. I have tried a lot of cafes around the Hudson yards area and this is the best! In case you need any recommendations my usual is a lychee green tea with lychee jelly (so yummy ) i go there literary everyday during my school lunch break. too good !! This was my first time trying this taco spot, in my opinion there are two other taco restaurants, Azteca and taco el pastor, I tried both those places and they don’t amount to taqueria Munoz. This has to be the most saddest Vietnamese cafe/restaurant ever. It’s terrible. The food is so dry, everything is dry. I ended up getting the Grilled pork with rice. I was so impressed with bills! Some of the food was insane! We tried a bunch of stuff and the service was excellent and patient with our requests. We didn’t expect to do a photo shoot but the food was presented so well that we did just that!

This Resturant is guaranteed to mess up your order. They messed up my order twice in the past. And now today and yesterday they messed up my order back to back again. I place online order and every time they forget the eggs or they forget the sausages or they forget the toast. The owner needs to be aware that workers are incompetent. My go to birria spot!! Found it here at 36th ave near my school. A family run restaurant with a variety of authentic Mexican foods that are fairly cheap compared to other spots. The atmosphere is subtle and comforting; cleanliness is not bad— but also not perfect. The service is very nice and the food is always made fresh. A nice hidden-in-the-wall type of spot.

We were visiting friends on the lower east side and popped out to pick up a few things for brunch. Dimes was their reco and it was a good one. It’s a small, well curated specialty food/grocery store. Go Detox Quesadilla tasted like dish soap. They cooked the shrimp or quesadilla without properly rinsing off the dish soap. All 4 quesadillas tasted strongly of dish soap. I didn’t realize until after eating TWO because I dipped the quesadilla in sour cream (which masked the taste of the dish soap), I had a taste of dish soap in my mouth. I smelled the rest of the quesadillas and they smelled and tasted like dish soap. It’s a hazard.

Not a coffee lover, but this place won me over with their matcha! 🍵💚 Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and the matcha latte is smooth, creamy, and not too sweet—just the way I like it. Bonus points for the adorable latte art and comfy seating. A little gem even for non-coffee folks!

Not sure why this happened but I went in and the interaction with one of the staff (puja I believe her name was) was really bitter. She had a lot of attitude and was not helpful. Really miss the old management here. I was a regular but probably won’t be going back to this location anymore.

Ironically I’ve never tried the gelato here but I’ve had other things including their cardamom buns & passionfruit bars which are absolutely delicious, especially the former. A plus is the staff here is super sweet, especially the girl with the glasses (didn’t ask for her name but she’s a doll). When the weather gets better I would definitely go back for the gelato :).

Went here during the June 2025 heatwave. Though their air conditioning was not doing it’s best or pumping it’s hardest, The food was delicious ! I had shrimp & beef with lomein & veggies, my family also tried the fried chicken dumplings, and the California roll. Everyone liked everything. The only disappointment was when I had to repeat things like “hello/hi” or “thank you” just to get some human acknowledgment/interaction from the cashier. But don’t forget this is NYC lol.
