I’ve worked out here for 2 years and it’s been one of the best gym experiences in Manhattan. Very spacious, clean, well kept, naturally lit, and most importantly good equipment. The workout consisted primarily of repeated sets of lunges and farmer carries, with very little exercise variety over the course of the hour. I personally prefer classes that offer more exercise variation, progressions, or modifications. Life health fitness is an amazing gym 😁. First day I had a tour I completely fell in love with the place . Such great customer service and the way I was greeted once I walked in felt like I belonged here . I was switching gyms the day I came for a walk in tour and I just was blown away with all the amazing equipment they had on the second floor . Luna Park is super fun and free to parooz and wander around! This iconic amusement park is bright and retro, packed with rides, games, food and treats! Highly recommend taking the subway down to Coney Island, lots of cool views and it’s only $3. We really had fun next door at Deno’s, which is free to enter as well as the pier. Beautiful beach area, soft fluffy sand! So fun, a Coney Island and NYC gem!

It’s a small ballpark. There is lots to do, plenty of entertainment on and off the field. The concession lines aren’t crazy and getting food and drinks is not an ordeal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The fans are friendly as well, and into the game. Seats are okay, a little tight, but not oppressive.

Jada at the front desk was very warm, welcoming and assured I had everything I needed. Mary did the most beautiful French pedicure and found the perfect mix for my base color. The salon is clean and so aesthetically pleasing.
