Worst designed and worst managed Dunkin’ I’ve ever seen. 3 staff working during peak morning rush with 20+ in line consistently. No system at all: each staff member runs around randomly yelling, sometimes on cash, sometimes making drinks. If you actually order a donut, god help you getting it as the order disappears and nobody grabs it for you - you’ll have to shout someone down and beg them for it. Menu boards are all broken and don’t show prices which seems illegal. Kiosk is horribly designed

The workers made me wait 15 min (after i paid for it) (while the store was empty) to tell me they don’t have a ham and swiss croissant stuffer. Then they asked if they can make me a ham and swiss croissant instead, I said sure. They take another 10 min and then give me an egg and cheese sandwich 🤦‍♀️

Not famous. NGMI. This place has a strange business model. They don't sell individual bagels unless you press the issue, trying to get you to buy "packs" of bagels and their shmear. What if I'm just one person? What if I want to use the bagels for something other than their shmear? Individual bagels cost $3 each. To their credit, they were warm/fresh. But they're tiny. And sort of bready, more like black seed than a NY bagel. The atmosphere is generic/basic. Doesn't feel like Brooklyn. People

The staff greeting you are great but the certain products def look old and/or stale. I gave the benefit of the doubt and purchased a bagel so I can make myself something at home, I think the staff felt bad for how bad it was that they warmed it up in a microwave while I went to get my wallet. Their coffee isn't bad but def do not suggest to purchase any baked good here.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, but of recent, it’s been one horrible experience, after the other. I bought a little over $30 worth of pastries and when I got home 20mins later and checked my pastries, they were all sour and had mold on them. I called several times to inquire on a refund, with them cutting my calls off abruptly, multiple times. I will no longer be going here, because molding and expired pastries seems to be a multiple occurring situation. Highly disappointed in them.

This location is horrible. They are extremely rude! Their hospitality is not hospitable at all some girl named moshba should not be working there, she sits in the back on her phone not paying attention to when she receives guests.

I m not a Dunkin fan but every time they have a new donut I like to try it. -- This one is with apple cream inside and little crunchy outside. It was soft and fresh. I feel ripped off. I come here often for the fruit salad because they used to have two sizes and the portions were very generous. Today, I came back for the fruit salad with ice cream—which is usually the largest option—and they charged me $15 for this container that is less than half the usual size. I feel completely scammed. Never again.

Strawberry Shortcake freshly made to order! We ordered one for Cake Day with friends and it is absolutely divine. Not too sweet and not overwhelming with cream. Perfectly balanced cake. This bakery and hungry ghost bakery in Northampton, Massachusetts are the best bakeries I have ever been to for sourdough bread. Moonrise also has the best cardamom bun I have ever had in my life and incredible cookies. Also, there is a cozy Chinese bakery across the street where I got a small milk tea for $1.50 and sat and ate my cardamom bun 😋

I felt bad for the staff. The manager always yelling at employees and was rude to customers The food and staff deserve better. I think the place would do better with different management.

The scones here are baked fresh every morning, and you can really taste the difference. I tried the cranberry orange, cheddar, and raspberry all of them were delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and very quick at preparing the order. Definitely a great local spot in Sunnyside for a morning treat or quick snack.

I love Dunkin’, but they really need to do something about this branch. It has the slowest service ever. Even though there are enough workers, sometimes only one employee stays at the cashier. Both the customers and workers move like snails, as if everything is happening in slow motion. They take forever. I’ve been there six times, and only once was I able to place my order without getting frustrated watching the slow interaction between the cashier and customers.

They got rid of the chairs and tables that used to be there, they move super slow and are constantly prioritizing their phone calls. One of the ladies gave me an attitude when she put whipped cream instead of cold foam; there's a clear difference in consistency and I pointed it out to her. She was super rude about it too but had time to giggle over the phone about the situation. I love a good matcha latte, but not from this specific location.

I live in the area and today was my 1st time going there. I know.. Crazy, but the donuts were fresh, my kids liked the ice cream. The only issue we had, was the latte and ice coffee. They had a weird taste to it.. My daughter said hers had a salty taste to it. I did go back to the counter and they made new ones with no problem, which did come out way better.

My friend invited me to come here after a shopping trip at the nearby botanica (in fact it's next door to Botanica San Elias). The cashier was a sweetheart and was wearing a hair net in order to prevent hair from coming into any of the delicious food here. Agree with others that the pastries here are top tier - as good as you'd find in Paris. Croissant was warm, fresh, flaky, and delicious. Super nice service and comfortable seating (could be a wee bit cozier). A truly excellent addition to Kew Gardens.

Been ordering from E’s for years now for both birthday and custom cakes. It’s always been a hit within our family. Usually we get the mango fresh cream cake and it’s delicious. Ordering custom cakes is really easy. Just send them a picture of what you want and they can recreate it. I do it via Instagram but I have seen people go in person. Either way, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Dea Burek is a lovely spot, and it’s especially nice to have the option to sit outdoors in the warmer months. The burek is made fresh—straight out of the oven—and you can truly taste the difference. We had the meat slice and absolutely loved it. We also brought home some cheese burek, and it was a huge hit with the family. Easily one of the best bureks I’ve had in New York.

This was my first—and last—time at this place. I placed an order for three crepes at 6:14, and my order was finally delivered at 6:40; however, I had received a message earlier stating that they were already ready—which turned out not to be the case. The young woman working at the front told me that it was just "the system," and that there was still one more crepe left to make. That wait time was absolutely ridiculous. The so called “tres leche cake” is not a tres leche cake. Every time when we order one for a birthday cake, you guys always give us biscocho de vainilla relleno con crema pastelera. And unfortunately that is not tres leche. This is second time when we ordered the same cake for my mom and then for my little sister, today. Please stop naming it tres leche and actually add the tres leche.

So I was walking from Longwood Ave to my home in Hunts Point in the Bronx one evening, I noticed there is a Dunkin Donuts at a gas station at the junction of Lafayette Ave. I stopped to order a frozen caramel latte. This spot is really nice and they even have a section with toys and games. They have so many donut options and the prices are pretty good. Not sure if the young lady finger nails damage my donut but the coffee was definitely on point. It's a mini-mart plus gas station but the people are efficient and the place is clean. Don't let the kids out of the car, it is candy and cookie heaven.

The carrot cake is delicious. Super moist and melt in your mouth good. The family who runs this shop are my neighbors.
