I always leave time for a cappuccino before the theater. Saw this Starbucks across the street from the West End Theater. Perfect. The seating was pretty full but the wonderful barista saw me wandering around with my coffee and helped nudge a couple people over so I could drink and relax before the show. Really nice all around. Good coffee. Good crowd. Great music.

This Australian-style café in the East Village has a bright, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by great natural light and cozy seating. The maple latte was outstanding—smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. I paired it with their fresh and flavorful avocado toast. The staff was extremely friendly and chatty. The total cost was around $18-20 per person. This is now one of my favorite coffee spots in the neighborhood!

What a pleasant discovery during our walk in the East Village. We didn’t know this place at all but we saw it and stopped by for a quick coffee. We enjoyed a very nice Pastel de Nata (it brought me back to my times in Portugal)… after that we got a piece of Banana Bread and 2 well done espresso. Place was nice too. Small but quiet and cozy. Listen, I have been a regular at this cafe for years, and I spend a lot of money here and love going in. I go multiple times a week to buy lattés, and I tip well. The way the staff navigates customers using the bathroom makes you feel totally unwelcome. Your customers are being treated like a nuisance and it is poor hospitality and it makes me not want to come back here unless something changes around this. I have been hunting for a good gluten free cinnamon roll for years and was so excited to try this one. Unfortunately, it totally missed the mark. The adeni chai pot is delicious and perfect to share with one or a few people. My friend and I shared a pot and it was easy to share with equal amounts for both of us. The space inside is large with lots of tables and outlets and free WiFi to work. I’ve also tried their pistachio latte which wasn’t my favorite. It was a bit too sweet and has some texture from the pistachios I didn’t love.

Mostly I am disappointed that they don't even have a restroom for customers. How is this even legal? We had drinks. They were ok, but had to have one remade. Starbucks has really gone out of its way to make its stores less inviting. They have removed most seating. Sweetea has a 4.8 rating and now I understand why. The taro mochi cheese foam milk tea was really good. The mochi was soft and chewy but not sticky, and it blended nicely with the taro. Great experience here! The Boba here have the the perfect chewy texture and the sweetness levels are adjustable. I recommend less sugar. The staff are friendly and the service is quick even when it's busy. definitely one of my go to spots for bubble tea in the area. My favorite would be any of the fruity drinks.
