Looking for a place to use the restroom, I discovered this cafe one Saturday evening. Thank god I did! The raspberry and passion fruit tarts were really delicious. I deducted 1 star because of the vegan blueberry muffin (not pictured here). It was atrociously sweet. But otherwise the tarts, the ambience, the cute cafe charm and of course the sweetest employees will probably draw me again to this place.

Came for the famous burrito, it was good, loved the tater tots inside and fluffy eggs, felt like it needed some more flavor and maybe needs some toasting. Having said that, it’s a really cute place with some outdoor seating and very nice and friendly service!

Ive been to many coffeeshops and this is among the nicest and most pleasant experiences I have had yet! The coffees are exquisite, delicate and floral and pure delight. The store is bright and beautiful. The baristas however are what sets this shop apart! AP and Miguel are the friendliest, kindest and coolest baristas ever! I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Dunkin. The ladies working here are extremely rude every time I politely ask to scan coupons. Just because I’m using a discount doesn’t mean I deserve attitude. Customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of whether we use coupons or not. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me not want to return. I hope management trains the staff better because this is not how customers should be treated.

A hidden gem! Affordable & delicious coffee, teas, and sweets. I personally love the Iced Lattes and Matcha Lattes, plus the croissants and scones. Cons- Very tiny inside. It feels crowded if there are more than 3 people in at once. More of a takeout place!

Overall nice place with a LOT of space considering the location. Coffee was great even though I would prefer a ceramic cup rather than a paper cup, it does alter the flavor. urban/gritty/underground vibes, I’m ok with that but not in the restroom, might me being traumatized by watchingTrainspotting as a kid. I have been driven this place for weeks, and finally had a chance to pop in around 11:30 AM. It's a friendly place. The menu has assorted hot/cold coffees, cold bottled beverages and a moderate selection of specialty, dessert pastries etc. The prices are reasonable. I ordered the hazelnut cake, and asked what coffee would compliment it. A cappuccino was recommended. It was perfect! It's nice to have a cozy coffee place in the neighborhood instead of Starbucks.

It’s an excellent coffee shop. I went today for a matcha, and honestly, I loved it. The staff Luz, Santiago, and Daniel are very kind and friendly; they make an excellent team. I would definitely go back for more coffee.

I’ve been here several times and keep coming back for the coconut drink. I usually get 50% sugar and it’s just right. If you prefer less sweetness, I’d recommend 30% sugar. The shop was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Great drinks and friendly service.

I don’t live in the neighborhood but I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Their lattes are such a treat and the servers are so kind. I’ve been enjoying their new bee latte. I highly recommend grabbing a coffee here then going for a dog walk at Sean Casey, it’s very therapeutic.

Barista Theresa was probably the sweetest in the company. I was in town for three days and she treated me like I was a Daley regular and knew my drink when I walked in the door. Total pro. Genuine kindness.

heytea might be the best of the tea chains that have all popped up recently. Every single drink has been completely worth the price, full of flavor and always made perfectly every time. This is some excellent coffee in Brooklyn!!! The lattes are insanely good and the drip coffee is soo smooth-- great aroma, flavor notes, and delicious. And they sell awesome merch, swag, and even their own beans for you to grind & roast up at home. Horrible experience in this Dunkin Donuts. Bad customer service from Sahdona. They argued with me because I wanted fresh hash browns and not hash browns already cooked and reheated. All of this after I paid. Please go to Starbucks which is about 2 blocks away on the same avenue, I surely will!

Coffee had tons of milk had to pour some out to get to coffee. The cold float flavor didn’t taste like anything. Peach tea also a little lacking in flavor and honey cold foam tastes just like froth milk. Cute atmosphere and staff were nice.

Got a drip coffee to-go on a Tuesday morning, my barista was pleasant, the coffee just isn’t good. This is my second or third time trying Elsewhere and it’s so cute on the inside but the drip coffee at my bodega is better and $1 cheaper… previously I’ve tried a hot latte and an iced latte and I’m not sure what they’re doing wrong but I haven’t had anything drinkable here. Recent addition to the neighborhood, the space is sleek and modern, tranquil backyard in white. They have large indoor space as well as outdoor courtyard. Variety of drink offers coffee, matcha, tea and soft drinks. I got the strawberry matcha and it was good, however like others say expect to pay for the space $12 strawberry matcha.

Hands down the best coffee shop on the Upper East Side! I am a big fan of their espresso drinks including the single origin for drip or espresso which truly is amazing! Each staff member makes sure that I always have a great experience here and the coffee is that 3rd wave epicness that is actually worth coming in for! Decided to try this bubble tea shop and was looking forward to it. Got the pistachio mochi green milk tea and golden black tea latte with additional topping. It was a take out. I realized they didn't add the topping- but left flushing by the time I drank it. 😢

Very cute, cosy and quirky coffeshop which also serves smoothies, paninis and has a great variety of alternative milks incl soy and pistachio for less than 1$. The cappuccino coffee was average good but the ambiance was really nice. No bathroom but there is one in a café next door. The searing is quite limited, mostly window bar and a couple of chairs.

I hosted my 30th birthday party here and it was an absolute pleasure!! The owner was SOO kind and flexible, letting my friends essentially take over the aux and the projector and put pictures of my face everywhere (lol). It was the perfectly sized space and the bartenders and owner were so generous in having to serve probably more people than they usually would on a Friday night. If you a looking for something special in Astoria Eli’s cafe should be the first choice for coffee and snacks. Eli’s cafe is very nice, clean and cozy space in astoria. They have a very large variety of coffee. I love their cappuccino with extra shot in it. The owner is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. A friend told us to check out Matchaful while we were in the shopping center, and I can’t say I was particularly impressed. The staff weren’t particularly friendly, and a “large” drink was over $10. To my surprise, the large kind of just seemed like a standard latte size you’d get from most other cafes. And for the price, I was not terribly happy with the flavor of the matcha drink I got.

My husband and I live in the area and stopped here for a coffee and a smoothie and it was really good! We loved the smoothie and the coffee was good. It wasn't as good as a Blank Street or a Gregory but it was good. They have great seating area inside and outside. I loved that their bathroom smelled really nice.
