The bathroom in here is the worst. Dirty as hell, never keeps supply in stock such as toilet paper and soap. Sink and toilet has stain that has not been cleaned for long time. Makes you wonder if the food you eat is clean as well. Not sure if atlantis fresh market or dunkin donuts is supposed to clean them.

We saw a fantastic immersive (and interactive) theatrical performance here called Death of Rasputin, which was put on by the extremely talented team at Artemis Is Burning. The person who works is very friendly. Stopped by and had their cold brew and turkey and cheese wrap. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee is one of the best I've had. When I am in the area, I make sure to stop by here. The baked goods are made fresh. In the picture is the strawberry muffin. Smells and tastes delicious. Entrance is either the main for the Factory or the door beside it with the elevator device.

Absolute dream of a cafe. Everyone is so warm and friendly. The coffee is delicious. By far the best latte I've had in midtown. Plenty of space and tall ceilings. Haven't taken a class yet but I'll be back !

Nice location tucked inside the Blackrock building. There's a happy hour, and the atmosphere is small in an open area, but still nice. We found the menu limiting, including the wine selection, but would definitely come back here for cheese and cocktails!

Delicious seasonal drinks. The staff is always super helpful in giving feedback about the food choices and my ice coffee is always on point! Must try the Vegan PB cookie. I see some negative reviews here but this has not been my impression/experience at all, several of my colleagues are regulars as well. Oh! the employee mis-heard my name so they made the wrong drink. This happens so it was fine but when I went up to show them my receipt with my name on it she yelled at me in front of everyone waiting saying how I told her my name was Natalie (It's Maddie, so not even close?) Over the moon that Birch finally opened a location in the Grand Central area!! Their cold brew is actual perfection with a tiny splash of milk and I love that they have simple syrup out for customers to self serve. I used to buy growlers of the cold brew to have at home but now that I have a Birch so close to work I am happy to go every day :)

This place is brand new. It’s on the 2nd floor so you really can’t tell it has a cafe inside. But once you find it, this spot will be your go-to one. The team is friendly and calm, and the music in the place was mellow, which made the atmosphere feel pleasant. I came at 8:50am and it was still full and pretty busy, but there weren’t any loud noises. My drink took about 4 minutes to be ready, which is fast considering the volume of customers.
