Walked in the gym and instantly felt welcomed. The vibe is unmatched to any gym in queens! The membership was easy to understand and I signed up and got a personal training on a discount the same day. I’d rather have someone help me show me the right form and exercises to do then guess. Getting a personal trainer is also one of the best choices I made. Try this gym 1st you will not be disappointed, I promise 💪🏽

Expensive gym that’s nowhere to be found anywhere else, good luck canceling the most expensive tier membership only when the manager is in, otherwise the employees won’t even budge or look at the PC on canceling your membership. Planet fitness has the same equipment and you can cancel with one click on their website without a single human interaction, like how all gyms should be.

Pretty large gym with a ton of machinery. The staff was super nice. I stopped here because I was looking for a gym in the area. They gave me a single day pass for $10. It took 30 seconds to sign up and get in. They also have a Tesla charger in the parking lot so you can charge your car while you train.

I ran a half marathon yesterday, and even though I was tired, I felt so energized after the class. It was perfectly balanced—challenging, but not overwhelming. Let me begin with saying this- Aseer juice time is my all time favorite juice place in New York City. Starting with the customer service, juice time offers exceptional service for all their customers regardless of the time of day. They not only have amazing refreshing juices, but they continue to show their expertise by offering countless types desserts.
