Im German and during my vacation in NYC i visited this store a few times. The juices we had were really good but also really expensive. But these days its normal in the USA. The waiting time Was kinda long, but there were many people so i think its ok. The staff was nice. The Restaurant itself is small with not so many seating options. Updated review: I have been a regular at the store for a long time. Today I was surprised to see new staff. Unfortunately, the food quality and customer service dropped significantly. I am not sure whether Ocean still works here, who provided wonderful service, but I will not be coming back to this location until things improve. The best açaí place in NYC made by Ocean! I have been searching for place to go to and I found it. Thank you Ocean for making this my go to place!

I love the purple haze smoothie and the staff are very friendly and have great energy. But I was sorely disappointed today when I found out that all the prices had gone up by over a dollar. I was informed that the owner noticed that their smoothies weren’t expensive as other places…well that’s why I went to you!! As much as I loved this smoothie, I’m gonna have to find an alternative now. What a shame.

Goat cheese and avocado salad was great, although some of the romaine lettuce pieces were a bit wilted. The goat cheese crumbles really created some excitement in my mouth and brought this salad to life. I waited about 25 mins for two salads and a juice because the place is riddled with uber and DoorDash drivers and there’s not enough people cooking. The juice was fine. I ordered my salad with salmon on the side. The piece of salmon I got was so small I laughed when I opened the container. Got a lunch "special "white rice, red beans and stewed code fish (bacalao) cost $13.50 with a can of coke. First off, im a former executive chef, so I KNOW food. The black girl at the register told me my order was already picked up by DoorDash when I didn't even order thru DoorDash I ordered through the app then she told me I would have to re-order that my money is lost then she threatened to not make my order and kicked me out the store. I will never return to this location and I will be reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau.

12/3/25 update: I got a pickup custom bowl today and was extremely pleased. It seems like the portions got bigger? Not sure if it’s my imagination but the bowl was FULL of all the ingredients I asked for, and so delicious. It was $22 incl tax and while normally I’d say that’s so much money for lunch - in this case I’d say this was well worth it for the portions and quality of the ingredients. I had paused coming to SG for a while because it seemed like the portions were small and I’d have to ask

I get lunch here often and absolutely love it! It is a great gluten-free option in the FiDi. I always order ahead on the app because it can be a bit chaotic trying to order inside especially during lunch time. Important to note, there are no seats inside -- it is a order and leave type of place. I don't think you can go wrong ordering anything but the Grandma's Chicken and Rice bowl is so insanely good!

Why am I just now finding this juice bar? Shout out to the kind hearted gentlemen working on Sundays. It was my first time being at the juice bar, he was very informative and patient explaining their large selection of juice/smoothie and salad options. You cannot beat the service, you cannot be the taste of food/drinks, and you cannot beat the price.

This place is amazing not only is the staff really kind and friendly, the environment interior of the place is simple yet so nice. The food is well prepared and everything served was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend the Very Berry juice as it tastes wonderful and is freshly made. This place is a little step out of the Guyanese restaurants I topically go to which I got a little tired of but everything was so amazing for the first time here. Highly recommended! 😌

I had such a great experience at this Oakberry location today. Peyton was working by herself and still handled a long line of orders, including mine, with so much care, patience, and professionalism. They aren’t wrong when they say they’re the best crêperie in New York City. This was sooooooo good! And the range of options are amazing. But beyond that the staff are super friendly and accommodating even when we awkwardly ordered off menu. This place is not to be missed!

First time trying Sweetgreen and I’m genuinely obsessed. I got the Guacamole Greens salad and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors were so fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. I can officially say I found my go-to order on the first try. Everything tasted amazing. The staff was also super kind and welcoming. Ordered online and was ready in 5 minutes. The staff was great- I came in singing and they were super silly along with me. I was floored by the NYC proof bag- stayed closed and kept the smoothie cold. They were not cheap on the layering- great amount of fruit nuts and butter. Would highly recommend. I loved this place! The man who helped us was super nice and accommodating. Everything is so fresh and you can watch him put it together. I got the fibric green smoothie and added plant protein and it was perfect and light. I wanted something refreshing like a juice but I was also super parched and asked for a cup of water and they gave me one without hesitation. Good experience! Their drinks are yummy and well made. We ordered the coco mango 50% sugar and oat milk and the lychee dragon fruit with 70% sugar. The spicy popcorn chicken was yummy but a little disappointing because of the portions and the pieces of straight up crunchy flour.

Honestly just shut it down. The food was actually almost inedible. The chicken had a horrible taste that took over the flavor of pretty much the whole bowl. The steak is actually grey. Somehow the spicy broccoli was barely warm and ice cold at the same time. Im not sure you could even pay me to eat here again. A huge disappointment. And dont think about eatting inside as there is maybe 3 seats.

My best friends and I went here today for a quick dinner date. The cashier, Danasia, was super friendly and welcoming. She treated us with great respect and kindness!
