The food was a true work of art, with presentation and quality that were absolutely on point. While each dish was visually stunning, the real artistry was in the flavors. They were thoughtfully crafted, perfectly balanced, and memorable. I'd also like to thank the staff for being attentive, welcoming, and appropriately available throughout the meal. (Not pushy or rushing us along, but somehow avai) A special thank you to the Chef for sharing their talent and creativity through each dish. I loo

This is what I want in a Pizza King! My experience from start to finish was beautiful. There is this amazing vintage front and interior murals and seating which gives me the exact vibes I want from a pizza spot. The fellahs working there were lovely George, Juan and the very sweet Jossi (sp?). Wonderfully warm welcome and made me feel like I could be a regular here forever. It was hard to choose but I got some help from some delightful highschool boys in for Snapple and doughnuts I ended up

Got an everything bagel with cream cheese and the owner of the store handed it to me in disgust and “here take it” in the most nastiest tone. I got home I opened the bagel and there was almost no cream cheese on there. I paid $6.80 which is basically $7. For terrible service and cheap bagel. Felt very disrespected.

Bagel Boss Murray Hill is the perfect neighborhood bagel shop — the kind of place that makes you want to become a regular after just one visit. The bagels? Absolutely massive — we’re talking “you could use one as a pillow” big — yet somehow still light, airy, and perfectly chewy. Each bite is a delightful mix of crisp exterior and fluffy interior, proving they’ve mastered the art of the perfect bagel. The variety is fantastic — whether you’re craving a classic everything bagel with cream cheese

City Café on 18th Ave is a huge win for the neighborhood. Brand-new, super spotless, really nicely set up, and you can tell they care about what they’re serving. FOOD We ordered a whole spread and everything hit. The standout was their “focaccia” pizza – it’s not a regular round pie, it’s a long flatbread style, pretty sure baked in a brick oven. Light, crispy, great chew, loaded with cheese and mushrooms. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, the pasta with mushrooms was really solid, the gnoc

When you are missing home - come here. I'm not even Israeli. But when I first went in and saw the owner chatting with a customer and the genuine warmth from them and the sun streaming in - it felt almost magical. Like popping into an unlocked memory. The food was so delicious, spiced to perfection that makes you want to smack your lips. Visited Effy's Cafe on York Ave yesterday with my mom for a Yom HaShoah (holocaust rememberence) event. I had been wanting my mom to try Effy's food for sometime, and this was the perfect occassion. While everydish I have tried from Effy's has been wonderful, my mom was craving a tuna melt and suggested we split one. When I mentioned Effy's fried pickles, her eyes lit up- and thus our late lunch of a tuna melt and fried pickles was made. The sides for the sandwiches are fries or sweet potato f

NEW ITEM! Smash Cheeseburgers! I just tried the new Smash Cheeseburger, and wow — this thing is a beast! It’s massive, juicy, and full of flavor from the very first bite. You can tell they really nailed the “smash” part — the edges are perfectly crisp, and the inside stays tender and packed with that real beefy taste. The parve cheese tastes amazing! It melts right into the burger and gives you that classic cheeseburger experience without compromising kashrut. Honestly, I was impressed — it’s

Sauteed is hands down one of the best kosher Chinese restaurants around. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. Every dish was packed with great taste and quality ingredients. The ambiance is also a standout: modern, stylish, and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere, and a great overall dining experience. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with the food quality here. The bagels were far from fresh, and the overall experience was well below expectations. Given the poor quality of the meal, I won't be returning. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for a fresh, tasty bagel.

I used to go to the Moshe's Falafel cart on 46th Street weekly throughout the 1990s and 2000s. Haven't been there in probably 20 years though. Was happy to see they now have a brick and mortar store on W83rd Street. I was visiting the city and stopped in for a falafel at 83rd St. It tasted exactly the same as I remember from 46th Street back in the day. This is hands-down the best falafel you can get anywhere in New York City. Easy online ordering, and the person at the counter was very nice.

I had a meeting with a co-worker and we decided to grab brunch at Cookie Corner — it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The pizza had a great crust with flavorful sauce and cheese, and the pancakes were incredibly fluffy and delicious, served with syrup on the side that was perfect for dipping. For pastries

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment—especially for the coffee. I also urge the management to address not only this issue but also the rude behavior of the woman who sold me that "milk-water," as well as her assistant. I had not intended to write this review; I was hoping for a reasonable response, so I initially called them to express my dissatisfaction—to put it mildly—only to be met with rudeness once again.

We had an amazing time at Bou'ote. The owner as usual, was super friendly and came out to talk to us about each dish he had and any questions we asked. You can tell he really really enjoys what he does and it's more than just his passion, because at first I ordered a sea-bass sandwich, and after a couple minutes he came out saying that the bread wasn't up to his standards and he doesn't feel comfortable sending it out. Which was something I really appreciated! We ordered the Savory Babka, and i

You can tell they take pride in what they do. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I recently visited Cork and Slice with a few friends and had a fantastic experience. The staff were pleasant and very understanding, especially when one of my friends needed special dietary accommodations. Although our pizza crust was burnt initially, the staff promptly made a new one without any issue, which we greatly appreciated. Pizza & sushi are among the diverse eats at this casual hub with a grab-&-go case & coffee drinks.
I’ve been coming here for years, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the quality no longer feels aligned with the prices. I ordered an açaí bowl, but it didn’t taste like traditional açaí at all - it tasted more like a frozen strawberry slush. The fruit toppings also didn’t seem particularly fresh or high quality. I also ordered a small coffee freeze, and the total came to $26. I don’t mind paying premium prices when the quality justifies it, but in this case, it sim
