The food was okay for the price. We ordered the Milanese de res (breaded steak torta) and the Bistec Tacos. For the price it wasn’t bad, but it tasted better with a lot of sauce. I’d like to try something else on the menu maybe!

A worker skipped a required handwash or glove change.

The horchata came out and tasted like it had not be strained. Super chalky and just leaves a bitter after taste. It was 5pm and a Sunday and we were the only table, I haven’t seen a wait staff so focused on prepping to go home at 5pm on a Sunday night when they close at 10pm. I got the enchiladas. The first bite was pure cartilage. Followed by the second bite. They use leg and thigh meat but weren’t careful at all when shredding it. I took two bites and I was done I told them and they didn’t c

Don’t get your mealpal here. Tried to get it for my friend and they were so hands off about it. Their QR code doesn’t register with the camera because it’s so deformed and they just say they don’t know anything about it. The line gets busy and then you’re in the way of the line making the process even more difficult during the lunch rush. Not worth the effort. It’s almost like they discourage you to pick it up.

I have been going here for years. The prices went up but the service and food still remains the same. I get the scrambled eggs, Beef sausage and home fries. That also come with a toasted butter roll and juice, coffee or tea. The cost used to be $6 to $7 now it's $9. I still get the breakfast because it's good and you get a good serving on home fries n eggs but 1 piece of beef sausage.

I hosted my birthday party/goodbye NYC party here, we did an open bar for 2 hours. The vibes were great and the backyard space was INCREDIBLE. I had around 50 guests and the place was completely to ourselves. It was perfect for an intimate party and we really got to use the backyard space which was amazing for a sunny spring day in nyc. Definitely a hidden gem in Brooklyn. The owner was responsive and made sure the party went smoothly. Only thing was that for my party of 50 there was one barten

Been here several times and they are consistent. Food is delicious! 🤤 My fav’s are: Rotisserie chicken 🍗 Sweet plantains Beans 🫘 Soup before meal given with lunch special- homemade taste so heartwarming 🥰 Natural homemade lemonade 🍋👌🏽 Chaulafan (picture provided) 🤤 It has an Asian fusion taste that I’m craving as I type. Could be better: Breaded chicken breast: Flavor is on point but too thin and when you bite it, it doesn’t come off smooth. Personally, the salsa for the chips I’m

I wanted to host a dinner for the Hell's Kitchen cast on Broadway and knew I wanted the food to come from this restaurant! I have been following Chef Rose for some time now and went to the restaurant once. The food was delicious, the customer service is friendly and welcoming. I love oxtail but don't eat it from anywhere. They were delicious! So back to the catered order. I wanted to place the order in person in hopes of meeting Chef Rose and she was so lovely and professional. She kept in touch

Every time I place an order at this juice bar/deli, there seems to be an issue. Whether it’s the wrong food or the order not being prepared correctly, it happens far too often. When I call to explain the problem, the customer service over the phone is usually unprofessional, (except for one gentleman who sounds mature over the phone, which I barely get) it's usually from what it sounds like, a young guy and a female, they either give me attitude or a long wait to have the issue corrected. This is my favorite Equadorian in Queens. At the moment in the whole city. The place inside seats anywhere from 12-16 people. On the outside 8-12. I regularly order their fried fish, the lime with the green sauce on it is fantastic. I recommend this to any looking for a quiet and pleasurable meal.

I had a really disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the place felt abandoned—which honestly should’ve been my sign to just turn around and leave. There were no other customers, and I stood there waiting while the staff completely ignored me until I finally had to speak up. That already set a bad tone. I ordered a chicken soup, but all the food on display looked like it had been sitting out for a while, which didn’t feel very reassuring. When I finally got my soup… it was

BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS; I went here for the first time the lady behind the counter told me she was leaving when she was serving me at the table and had to charge me before leaving she overcharged me! June 23, 2025. Bad customer service, mean and low dress code waitresses, Low AC location, and my chicken was uncooked. I complained when I finished, and my rule is never to send my plate back to the kitchen under no circumstances. They still charged me the full price and still gave me that mean face on the way out. To avoid rudeness I will not go back to this establishment.

18OCT.2024 My first time here and I visit Harlem often. I had the delicious mangú and it left me stuffed 0930 until 1535.. soooo delicious. No idea how this spot keeps their café(coffee) super scolding hot even when they give you a cup to go. Delicious taste to your pallet. 5 EB&C sells small cakes and large cakes. The slices of cakes are a generous portion. So many sweet treats to choose from. This is the morning spot to get a delectable Dominican dish, drink, or dessert.

This place is definitely a bang for your buck! A lot of food for the normal entree price in NYC. The place is small and kind of tucked away in the East Village. The service was quick and tables were intimate. Pretty casual joint as well. Food is good! I recommend to the restaurant for their chips though either swap them for plantain chips or homemade to tortilla chips to go with their guacamole! Everything else was fresh

I’ve been coming to this spot for years whenever I’m craving Spanish food, and it’s always been a reliable choice. The food tastes fresh every time, and the fried shrimp is especially good—definitely one of my favorites. El Punto Bakery & Restaurant, located at 18-27 College Point Blvd, College Point, NY 11356, is a great spot for authentic Colombian cuisine. One of the best lunch spots in the neighborhood, hands down. Fresh, quick, and friendly every single time. The fruit is next level, the smoothies and juices are amazing, and the menu has so much variety—especially the seasonal fruit options. Cute spot in the East Village to get a small bite or a coffee. I dropped in on a cold Winter day to get a warm empanada , which was a good idea . I ordered the Papa Con Queso (potatoes and cheese ) which they have to fry up fresh for you (other empanada are not fried.) There are cosy places to sit and several different sauces on the table (i liked the green herb one.) Staff are nice and the empanada was like $3.50. It was crispy and tasty - a nice snack if you're in the area .

She proceeded to grab the large tray & started speaking Spanish (I’m an American that speaks English) , I said excuse me? She replied YES , TOSTONES & I said “but not that size, I want the small size over there, not the one your grabbing” she screamed YES I KNOW & mumbled some Spanish while rolling her eyes. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience here. Staff were friendly, food was OK. Thing is, the 'dine-in' option consists of stools with shelves as 'tables' to dine at, went as high as my neck when I tried to eat there - very uncomfortable. The one table with 2 chairs they did have was occupied. Also, If you're calling this a french toast spot, one would think this was your specialty. I think my favorite Sophie’s location is the Flatiron one.. it’s the only location where the staff are actually friendly. I normally go to another location, but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in .. unfortunately, I was met with attitude, even though the store was literally empty. This place is different. It’s not just about grabbing a snack — it’s about fueling yourself the way YOU want. I plan on pulling up here every day this week, and what makes it crazy is the options. You walk in, look behind the counter, and it’s stacked with everything: fruit, nuts, greens, protein, herbs — whatever nutrients you need, they got it. For me, it’s bigger than a smoothie. how can you operate a full restaurant with just one waiter and one person in the kitchen? where to start… My friends and I had a reservation for 8, but the table was set for 6.
