Today we came to Dunkin’ Donuts to celebrate a special occasion and buy donuts, but unfortunately the experience completely ruined our mood. The woman who served us was extremely rude and visibly unhappy to help customers. No smile, no kindness, no basic courtesy — just a very negative attitude. Customer service like this is really disappointing, especially on a day that was supposed to be special for us.

The chicken wings and the baked curry pork cutlet noodles I had were good. The curry does have a little spice to it. Nothing special, but it does the job. The club sandwich was okay. Came here for some rice noodle roll. For reference I got the Stone Mill Rice Roll. I ordered the roast pork rice noodle roll and added egg. Very yummy. Bounce rice noodle and savoury pork. The soy sauce that they got is like a seasoned soy sauce so an extra layer of tasty flavour. The lady at the counter is very nice too and double checks to make sure she has your order right. This Carvel ice cream store is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn on Bath Avenue near Bay Parkway. It is part of a multi-store franchise and is good. Very hard to park and place an order. The staff is still behind a plexiglass barrier making it difficult to hear the employees. No seating available to sit down and enjoy an ice cream cone in the store. Relatively narrow location in space.

Been ordering from E’s for years now for both birthday and custom cakes. It’s always been a hit within our family. Usually we get the mango fresh cream cake and it’s delicious. Ordering custom cakes is really easy. Just send them a picture of what you want and they can recreate it. I do it via Instagram but I have seen people go in person. Either way, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

However, the staff here were very friendly, directly telling me how long the wait would be and preparing it for me immediately. Wow! Their coffees are amazing! I highly recommend this place! I've had their Osmanthus Latte: I'm addicted. They offer Camelot, with a caramel taste, and so much more. It's also a great bakery with delicious breads and buns. Their hot dog buns have cheese and ketchup lightly toasted on top. Their mango sago bun is full of mango. My favorite is their chocolate bun and strawberry cream bun. I must come back for their egg custard and more....especially since their customer service is outstanding!

I’ve never been to the store in person, but I’ve ordered delivery many times. This was my first time trying the mango flat noodles dessert. The noodles were soft and thin, and the mango paste was thick and very rich. I’ll definitely order it again!
