They do not have the cleanliness of checking around the vicinity to make sure nothing gets in the food such as insects. Thank god, I caught on before I kept eating the food. We are happy Bella pizza is near our hotel, will come back again. The servers were nice and friendly. Breakfast and coffee was good and affordable. Omelette comes with potatoes/toast with butter and coffee for $8. I say it’s affordable because we paid $26 for 2 at another coffee shop (coffee, bagel/lox, hot chocolate, egg/cheese sandwich) and the server was rude adding more pain to the heavy bill....so please people check out other coffee places before writing complaints.

Some of the food takes an extremely long time to be served. Some of the staff are very rude and seem as if they have not been properly trained. Very disappointed. Every time I order sushi for pickup on Grubhub, I end up waiting over an hour past the scheduled time. This keeps happening and it’s unacceptable. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

This location just opened. Customer service was impeccable and I got my Sweet Heat salad for $5 plus tip due to a promo! Mohammed took care of me and he was very kind, friendly, professional, and warm. In fact the whole staff were so welcoming and treated me with the utmost respect. Two employees were working in the kitchen, performing their duties incredibly slowly, like sleepy flies!!! Couriers shouldn't have to wait for orders for so long. Both slices were tasty and fresh, crunchy and not too think or thin (I do prefer them a bit more on the thin side). The crust was crunchy and thin. A wide range of toppings were available and plentiful. I recommend. Only paid 10 for two slices- great value for NYC. They don’t skimp on ingredients as you can see. Good quality slice.
