Tried to order a few bagels, one with cream cheese on it and a few others with a tub of cream cheese on the side. Specified that 2 of the bagels were separate with the cream cheese on the side and they brought out all the bagels with the cream cheese on them. I was here for a vacation and was trying to find a good Tibetan restaurant and I have to say this is the best. The momo sure live up to its title. It’s was so juicy i loved it. And chowmein, wow!! Great experience at Sunrise Karahi House! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The karahi had amazing taste and the portions were generous. The food was amazing .this place is lowkey a hidden gem. Everything we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. They have a great variety on the menu, so there’s something for everyone, and the desserts were just as good as the mains. It is hard to find good Ecuadorian restaurants that bring the same taste from home. This restaurant captures the wonderful taste of Ecuador. The food is great, and it is never too crowded. They also have large parties available. The food is decent priced and it is really easy to find parking. I ordered a delivery order, instead of receiving my food I received this garbage (used coffee grounds) instead of my food. I called to try to get my issue resolved & I was told they don’t do delivery & will not be able to receive my food unless I stop by or wait until “later”. Tina and the rest of the staff are great! Quick, efficient, and always welcoming me in with a warm smile. Food is great, good price. I wish the crew were more supportive, someone who looked like a manager didn’t care giving a hand to help the waiter bussing a table, he was clearly busy taking orders and running food, but he just were on his phone chatting like nothing was going on. Awesome folks behind the counter! Food was made quickly and fresh, the portions are a reminder of what family owned is like. Half Chicken w/ shrimp fried rice - was fried to perfection, the rice was flavorful. Shrimp egg roll - was delicious, fried perfectly and the perfect amount of stuffing. The homemade ice tea - was delicious, not overly sweet and still flavorful. The prices are standard for NYC, you cannot go wrong eating here 👍🏽

Love going to this Carvel. Beyond cookie keepers and all the fan favorites that are served here, it’s the staff that differentiates this Carvel from other ice cream shops or Carvel franchises.
