Had Sunday brunch with a girlfriend! Atmosphere: 10/10- the music was a good mix, aesthetics were amazing, and everyone was having a great time!! Definitely POC friendy. Food: ordered the toast and wings, everything was cooked well and the chicken was well seasoned and crispy. Drinks: we ordered the bottomless mimosas, the mimosas were definitely strong and not too orange juice heavy for my liking. Lost count after a few, but definitely got my moneys worth!! I love that you could switch betwe

Wines, cocktails & burgers at a laid-back bar offering a comfy, retro vibe.
The burgers are decent and the beer selection is good but the service is terrible unless you’re sitting at the bar. Last two times we were sitting outside and the waiter totally ignored us because our order was initially taken by the bartender. We don’t know if the bartender and the waiter had some beef between them but it was very weird. We had to go inside multiple times and ask for everything - menu, water, another round, check. Hope they improve the service because it is a nice place.

Great spot for delicious Chinese food! I sat at the bar (shoutout to the bartender Kevin for amazing service!) & started off with the baijiu flight. I’ve never had it before so he was kind enough to walk me through the different aromas & tastes associated to each baijiu. I also ordered the Night Market Chow Fun which was delicious. Their menu is fairly expansive as they have quite a bit of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend stopping by here!

Low-key Mediterranean restaurant serving a large menu of classic Greek & Cypriot fare.
Aliada is a FANTASTIC & AUTHENTIC Greek restaurant in ASTORIA! We had such an amazing dinner here tonight. We shared the saganaki and horiataki for appetizers and both were very good. The dinners were even better. We had the swordfish, moussaka, and soutzoukakia for our dinners. The swordfish was OUTSTANDING! It was a fresh, generous perfectly chargrilled. The next best dish was the soutzoykakia which was absolutely DELICIOUS! The moussaka was also delicious but my personal favorite was

Contemporary, casual eatery offering a menu of Vietnamese sandwiches, noodle soups & rice dishes.
Very nice neighborhood restaurant which has been around for a long time. The smell of the fragrant broth is always raising appetite. But recently, maybe it's just me, the food did not taste as good as before and the homy vibe was also lost a bit.

New York-style pies & traditional pastas served in simple, polished surrounds with outdoor seating.
Really nice place, love the booths!!!! I have 2 slices, pepperoni and 3 cheese ( I think it was); good place for a date and also a quick bite. You should mix your pizza with beer here, they have large selections of beer, I drank one Peroni, cold off course! They also have pasta and a back patio.

Bagels, wraps & salads are served at this casual cafe with exposed–brick walls & mismatched mirrors.
Hair on my bagels. I bought about a dozen from Bricktown Bagel & Cafe, got home, took a bite, and immediately felt hairs in my mouth. After checking the rest, I found several bagels with visible hairs on them (looked like rat or cat hair). Absolutely disgusting and a serious hygiene issue. I threw everything out.

I had my baby shower here this past weekend for about 115 people. Erica, the owner was available to accommodate our sizing along. She was very flexible with our planning. She recommended a great DJ along with a Photo Booth for our baby shower. The space is decorated very nice with all of their house equipment. The only items we provided were a few few table, runners and centerpieces, but they provide the chairs the linens, and they have very cute lights already around the room and on the ceilin

I am one of the groom’s best friends since childhood, and we are like family, so I had to write this because the response from the owner of a place where people are served, and where people should matter the most, says everything about the lack of care, professionalism, and awareness. Your response says, “Apna kaam banta, bhaad mein jaaye janta” (Once your own work is done, to hell with the public/people) - Just wow how ignorant pride and it shows how little concern there was for the experienc

Yummy! Ordered chilaquiles con carne asada. It was really good. The chips are very crunchy, they didn't really start to get soggy until maybe 10-15 minutes into the meal. My only complaint is maybe just that the salsa on the chilaquiles was really mild, I wish it was a bit spicier. They do have red salsa that you can ask for in a bottle. Carne asada was good, too! Whole meal was a bit expensive but not outrageously so. Service was quick; seated immediately on a Sunday afternoon.

It was our first time trying Umiya AYCE after reading all the reviews about it. We came here for lunch on a weekend. We went for their premium AYCE where you can order from their premium and classic menu so you get lots of options to select. We personally loved their cheese baked lobster, Albacore Tuna and sashimi selections and A5 wagyu nigiri. One minor downside is they didn’t have any Umi sushi when we came which was a bit disappointing because we heard great things about it here. Nevertheles

The food here is genuinely great and I’d absolutely come back for it. However, I’m knocking off a star for the service at the end of our meal. Within about 5 minutes of paying the bill, our waiter made it pretty clear he wanted us to free up the table for waiting guests. I completely get that restaurants need to turn tables, but we had barely set down our cards. If we’d been lingering for 15+ minutes that would be one thing, but this felt rushed and left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable exp

This is a great bagel stop with a broad breakfast menu and plenty of vegan options. My friend and I came at peak time on a Sat 11 a.m., and while it was crowded, loud, and full of weekend energy, the line moved quickly and we got our food fast. By 12:15., the crowd had cleared. The bagels were hot and fresh, constantly being restocked and there were lots of varieties to choose from. Loved the classic NY large cream‑cheese‑to‑bagel ratio, and my made‑to‑order bacon, egg, and cheese was solid. T

This restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat buffet after 9 PM, and it’s a great deal 💰 — only $30 for unlimited meat, seafood, and main dishes, plus you can choose any broth you like 🍲 The meat is mostly frozen and the quality is average, but for the price, it’s really worth it 👍 The buffet usually ends around 10:20 PM, making it perfect for a late dinner when you want to eat freely without spending too much. Definitely worth trying at least once ✨

This is such a cute, cozy & lofty little gem. Highlights: 1️⃣ I got an iced cold brew and it was sooo smoothe. Barista was super helpful in tweaking the drink to make it just how I like it! 2️⃣ The vibe is super cute, tall ceilings, cute seating areas + decor - and also a great place to get work done. Outlets all over the place + WiFi + plenty of seating. Amazing! 3️⃣ Pet-friendly! I don't even have a dog but I noticed they have dog treats and think that's so thoughtful!

I went there to get some Indian food as it’s been a while eating Indian food, man this food has no taste. No salt, no spicy, just heated chicken with some red color. The food truck chicken over rice is much better compared to this one.
